A previous company who specialized in windows and hardy plank had installed hardy perforated soffits and hardy trim facia. They did not install adequate flashing which led to leaks inside the soffit and the rotting of the hardy plank soffit board, roof decking and rafters in the area beneath the leak. ACS inspected the problem and confirmed what I thought the problem was. They installed new decking, extended the flashing and replaced the hardy soffit in around three hours and did a splendid job. That afternoon we had a rain shower and not one drop of water was seen where normaly due to lack of flashing the water was streaming around the end of the rain gutter. They were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have called Gerald in the past for other home repairs. My grandson ran the car into the front of the garage, damaging the garage door and the outside wall. He did a great job in repairing the garage siding, installing the new door, and replacing the gutters. Also he fixed the front windows which were rotten from the sprinkler system. He went above and beyond by suggesting to have someone fix the sprinkler heads so that the problem will not occur again. He gives you professional advise and recommendations on what to do, He is reliable and honest. He knows what he is doing; he has experience and provides quality work. I highly recommend him. I have used him in the past and I will be using him in the future. I am totally satisfied with his team and the work they do.
