Also, my move was the only one, which is something I preferred, so I didn't have to share the truck with anyone's else's move. Their service was very professional both on the front end and upon delivery. Items were delivered on time as promised and the unloading was quick and efficient. Overall a terrific experience with this company!"

"Gotta watch your checkbook with this company. They will charge you out the wazzoo and unless you call REPEATEDLY they will ignore you. Try getting the owner on the phone and you'll get an employee. I have a investment home that had lots of green algae and the pump needed repairs. They charged me over $1k and the pool was still not green. Thank God their employees finally came clean and admitted it should have been a drain and clean instead of coming to the house every couple weeks to put in chemicals. Today I found a charge for $125 for coming out to fix a leak. They said it was a service call... Of course after calling and b******* about them charging my credit card without even sending me an invoice they said it was a "mistake" and will refund it. There are better companies to go to. I used to support small family owned businesses but if they have to steal to stay in business they need to go away."

The best thing with which to clean a hot tub is whatever the manufacturer recommends; in most cases, this is a gentle surface cleaner and a soft cloth. Recommended hot tub cleaners can include specially formulated cleaning agents, mild dish soap, baking soda, vinegar, or diluted bleach. For your hot tub exterior, choose wood or vinyl cleaner (depending on the casing material).

You should never use household cleaning products, harsh chemicals such as undiluted bleach or acids, or abrasive cleansers or cloths, as these can scratch or etch your hot tub’s coating or shell and cause permanent damage.

Where you drain a hot tub largely depends on local regulations, but you must not drain chemically treated water where it can damage the environment. Direct the water toward a sanitary sewer drain that will take it to a treatment facility. If your lawn has a dedicated drainage area that’s free from plants and foundations, you can likely drain it there. Avoid storm drains, as the hot tub water will enter waterways and could hurt aquatic life. Likewise, do not pour it out directly on any public land or where it can get into your neighbors’ property. 

Most hot tubs use between 1,500 watts and 6,000 watts of electricity, depending on the voltage of your heater. 120-volt heaters tip toward the low end, and 240-volt heaters tip toward the high end. Expect your pump to add another 1,500 watts. Newer, energy-efficient models use less electricity, while older models use more.

You should keep your hot tub at a constant soaking temperature of around 100 degrees Fahrenheit when the hot tub is not in use. However, you can lower that by a couple of degrees during the summer, so you don’t feel overheated.

The average life expectancy of a hot tub cover is between five and seven years. You can extend the life of yours by keeping it clean, using a soft cloth and mild dish soap; applying a vinyl protectant spray; using a cover lift to move and fold the cover carefully, rather than treating it roughly; protecting it from harsh weather; keeping kids and pets off the cover; and cleaning the underside of the cover with a chlorine spray. Investing in a quality cover will also help it last longer and look better.
