I have a investment home that had lots of green algae and the pump needed repairs. They charged me over $1k and the pool was still not green. Thank God their employees finally came clean and admitted it should have been a drain and clean instead of coming to the house every couple weeks to put in chemicals. Today I found a charge for $125 for coming out to fix a leak. They said it was a service call... Of course after calling and b******* about them charging my credit card without even sending me an invoice they said it was a "mistake" and will refund it. There are better companies to go to. I used to support small family owned businesses but if they have to steal to stay in business they need to go away."
