This company was one of the best companies I have ever dealt with, the immediate response to any of my emails and/or messages, the quality of the work, the professionalism of all of the employees, the courtesy of their workers are all reasons that I felt compelled to write this review. Jason, great guy and took care of every single concern that I had. Justin, very good worker and would let me know every detail of what was going on Paul, just installed a new valve for me and was quick, efficient, and very courteous Poolie quoted the resurfacing of my in ground 22,000 pool as well as replacement of a bad skimmer and gave me the best price of all of the quotes, they did the work fast and efficient, cleaned up after every visit and maintained the pool even after the pool was complete and full of water to make sure all was as I wanted it. I rarely do reviews, in fact, this may be my first unsolicited one I have ever done, but this company has really proved to be a great find, hope you will consider them, I doubt you will be disappointed. "Rather than fix the issue the first 2 calls, more refrigerant was pumped into the system. This cost me $75 for each call plus the cost of the refrigerant. The 3rd time, they fixed a valve and refilled the refrigerant and I am monitoring to see if this really fixed the problem. So I am out $225 for service calls fro the same problem and the cost of the refrigerant. I think they take this approach intentionally."
