Gotta watch your checkbook with this company. They will charge you out the wazzoo and unless you call REPEATEDLY they will ignore you. Try getting the owner on the phone and you'll get an employee. I have a investment home that had lots of green algae and the pump needed repairs. They charged me over $1k and the pool was still not green. Thank God their employees finally came clean and admitted it should have been a drain and clean instead of coming to the house every couple weeks to put in chemicals. Today I found a charge for $125 for coming out to fix a leak. They said it was a service call... Of course after calling and b******* about them charging my credit card without even sending me an invoice they said it was a "mistake" and will refund it. There are better companies to go to. I used to support small family owned businesses but if they have to steal to stay in business they need to go away.

It worked out great. They have the parts and stocks. They were able to make and schedule appointment for us fairly quickly and they did an excellent work. The quality of work is really good.

We needed a couple of minor repairs and adjustments made to our Polaris based on a pre-sale inspection report. I first took the unit to the store so I could get a sense of how much work needed to be done. John stopped what he was doing and looked at our Polaris right away. He made some adjustments and replaced some missing ties/clamps and then proceeded to charge me - get this - nothing. Absolutely nothing. :-) (I did purchase a separate pool part during my visit, but he didn't charge me anything for the service on the Polaris.)
I then scheduled an appointment to have them come to our house to make sure the rest of our system was in good shape. Glenn showed up on time, replaced a worn out backup valve and a couple of swivel connectors, and also checked out the rest of our system. He was friendly and professional from the time he arrived to the time he left. We've used Pool Mart for 10 years and this is typical of the service we've received throughout the years. They're professionals from the word go.

I went to Pool Mart because they have a particular brand name, it's also by where my son goes to school and I had to pick him up that day and also it happened to be that they had a 20% discount for military on that day so that's where I went. The biggest thing I like going there was because they were giving me a military discount, they're giving it every Thursday. They were friendly and courteous. I went in, I bought the products and I knew what I wanted so it wasn't like I needed any help. They carry good quality products and were very responsive to me. I would say they were professional.

Went well overall. No complaints other than the repair person left a bit of a mess for me to clean-up. But the repairs went well and I'm generally satisfied enough to merit calls for future service work. I found these guys on Angies-list because my other pool repair contact started to stand-me-up on appointments which was unacceptable. These guys show-up and service pentair at a reasonable rate, so I'm pleased.

We are quite pleased with this company; we have used them to service our pool for the past ten years. We have an in ground pool and they do a good job at keeping it clean. We have not had any problems with the service or the maintenance on the pool.
