"The windows came in a few weeks later than he said they might, but JP was very responsive to questions as to delivery and keeping me informed of when the work would be done.  They use a sub-contractor to install them and he was outstanding.  The windows are great and the men were professional, engaging, and polite.  I left the house for an lunch appointment and never once questioned their integrity or honesty.  We will use them next time we replace the rest of our windows in our home. 
I listened through 6 presentations from the Big Stores as well as window contractors.  JP was not the most expensive, that was Champion, but they were not the least expensive either.  I felt very comfortable with the rep and appreciated his honesty.  He pulled the permits for us which some do not provide.  We are very happy with the windows and the entire process.
The only reason I hesitated to give them A's on quality was because there are perhaps 3 or 4 small areas inside the home where the wall was marked from their construction work.  I will also need to repaint the trim around the outside of a few windows they installed.  This might be typical for this type of work though.  I don't expect perfection from anyone except my cardiologist.  It was not something that would hinder me from recommending them or using them again.
