"Right before my warranty expired the bathtub I had refinished started peeling on the area in front of the tub. "The wait for installation was long and when scheduled, they called to "reschedule" due to the installer. Apparently they use outside contractors to install. When they showed up, they worked hard but one installer left for over 2 hours, leaving on one to work. They did not want to quit and come back (found out they get paid by the job and couldn't pick up a new job until ours was finished. They left the house at 10:05 PM. The salesman put the wrong transitions in the order despite numerous conversations. They also installed the shoe molding around our kitchen island wrong. I went to store in Pearland the next day. My salesman had been transferred and I met with the District Manager. It took over a week to get anyone back out to fix and then they brought the wrong transitions again. I called the District Manager and complained. She told me they weren't there to fix the island until I asked her to check the paperwork and she admitted it was on the work order. After numerous phone calls, the installers went to Home Depot and came back with something that would work. They were nice and got it fixed. The carpet was scheduled later and when they showed up, they pulled the old pile carpet and told me that the defects in the staircase would show up if they installed the berber carpet. I asked why the salesman didn't discuss that with me. He said the salesmen don't install. They suggested I fix the staircase, repaint it and call them back. I got it fixed and called the store. The District Manager told me it would be 3 weeks before they could come back even though the installer said it would take less than 2 hours to install it. I have called back and asked to improve the installation. They said they send an email to installation but I am still waiting a week later. I am calling the COO in Houston tomorrow. The first 2 times I used Floors for Living, they were privately owned but have been purchased by another company. The entire process was much different and less congenial. I won't ever use them again and caution anyone thinking about it to check multiple review sources."

It didn't hurt that there was an Angie's coupon. The process was over 2 days but, it overall it took maybe 5-6 hours total. A month in and everything is good. The true test will come in a few years as to how it holds up. Do get the feeling that if anything does go wrong, Epoxy Floors will address it."

Hi, I am Marlene and I guarantee your satisfaction with our cleaning services 100%. I will personally give you an estimate and supervise the cleaning to provide the best service.

"Waste of money, very unprofessional. Marlen dropped off two women who spoke zero English and left them to clean without her. I was unable to ask them any questions and Marlen told me to text her and she would communicate with them. I was willing to provide the cleaning products but was told it's part of their price, ok. I was told the cleaning products provided were supposed to be soap, bleach, pine Sol, and Windex. No furniture cleaner, no granite cleaner, don't love it but ok. They mopped the floor with water and didn't even move the dog bowl to mop. No Pine sol or bleach was used. When Marlene came to pick up the girls I confronted her about the lack of cleaning supplies (leather & granite) and she said she doesn't supply them. I pointed these out during the walk through and she said it wouldn't be a problem. They didn't do the baseboards or the ceiling fans and was told baseboards are extra. If you're looking for an honest housekeeper look elsewhere, I sure will be."
