I truly appreciated the front door hardware being turned around within the day so that my front door didn’t have to be unlocked all night. I have used them for 18 years and think they are professional and give good quality work. Front door hardware takes the brunt of the weather but their lacker helps keep in nice for a couple of years.

Couldn't be happier with the service and repair. We found all relevant info on their website to start a conversation with Ed. Shipped the honey pot and received a prompt call back explaining what they could fix and how, even pointing out an pre-existing botched repair that they could also fix. We were given a quote and estimated timeframe. The repaired and re-silvered honey pot are gorgeous and we couldn't be more pleased.

I'm a 6th generation Houstonian, blessed to live in an original River Oaks home. I could not recommend Colonial Brass
more highly! They came to the house, quoted fair and accurate prices, took all the items, including the original brass
front door knob (leaving a wonderful and quot;temporaryand quot; knob in its place) and returned them in sparkling condition immediately!!!!
In particular, they hand polished a pair of rare antique brass temple urns with raised relief dragons for handles.
I never knew how wonderful this old house could look with the door knobs restored to their original luster!
The front door knocker is a huge lion's head with the striker being a very thick ring of solid brass.
Neighbors and strangers routinely compliment this piece of art work now. Before, no one ever mentioned it at all.
We credit the talent of the staff of Colonial Brass. They are OUTSTANDING IN THEIR FIELD and we would never
consider using anyone else!

Would not use them again, I had to go to the shop and find my silver tray, they had misplaced it! The tray was not done well it has runs on it and isn't the job I thought I pad for. $150.00 for the tea pot and tray, very high for the poor job that was done.

Colonial Brass restored a fifty year old gas coach lamp original to a purchased home that had been painted over by previous homeowners. They did a fantastic job restoring the lamp to it's original glory - absolutely better than expected and for a very reasonable price. We would definitely use them again.

They were fabulous. The price was right. We dropped it off in the morning and picked it up in the early afternoon.

It's a very small company. They are very personable and do a good job. They did have a brass cross that they had on sale for $140; he knocked off $40 and let me put it on layaway; so that was good.

Great from start to finish. They hurried the work for me to accommodate my shcedule.
