"Mr. Vaughn was recommended to me by a friend I trust, so I called the number given to me. Within about 90 seconds talking to Mr. Vaughn, I began to realize I was in way over my head. I have a feeling Mr. Vaughn knew I was in over my head in about 10 seconds, yet still treated me with dignity and respect.
