We also build homes, decks, sheds and barns. We strive to complete the job in a timely and cost effective manner as well listening to our clients wants and needs. We have been in the construction business and owner-operated for 25+ years and have recently put a name to our business.

The floor joists provide even support to the subflooring and flooring above, and they distribute that load to the beams. The beams then distribute that load down through the support posts to the foundation.

It costs an average of $32,000 to finish a basement, and most projects total between $15,000 and $75,000. If you just want to make the space look a bit nicer and don’t need to convert the basement to legal living space, you could spend as little as $3,000 to install drywall and flooring. On the other end of the spectrum, your costs could rise to $100,000 if you want to make structural changes to the space, repair existing structural damage, waterproof your basement, or install a kitchen and bathroom along with living space.
