"Jorge Ibarra was my point of contact. He is such a gentleman! He answered all my questions and Vista Shades of Boerne was able to produce plantation shutters made right here in Texas in their very own factory. I was not in any hurry and did not hold them to their usual 3-5 week delivered and installed byline. And good thing, too - because our entire nation was shutdown due to the Covid-19 virus. But remarkably, my order placed on March 12, 2020 was installed on April 21, 2020 - much, MUCH sooner than I expected. And my shutters are beautiful and fit perfectly. Overall I received three quotes from three reputable companies all providing an equal product. Vista Shades of Boerne won out because of their best price and being made here in Texas. Others also produced their product in Texas but they were priced much higher for what I felt was the same shutter. I m going back to Jorge for more window options soon. Wouldn t go anywhere else now!
