Vista Shades did an amazing job and my blinds look beautiful. I am amazed at Jorge's attention to detail and how thorough he explained us everything, measuring, maintenance, pros and cons of different materials and types of shades. I love that they manufacture local and they kept us informed every step of the process. Hands down the wiped out the other 2 companies I quoted with.

Jorge provides excellent service from beginning to end! He corresponds well, is on time and has excellent pricing. He beat every price including Home Depot and Loweâ s for shutters. And these stores had faux shutters and they were still more expensive! Jorgeâ s shutters are real wood, custom made, and are beautiful quality and durability. He even gives you a lifetime warranty!! Call Jorge, you wonâ t regret it!

This was one of the best experiences with a contractor Iâ ve ever had! Mr. Ibarra and his crew was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. I shopped around to three different companies to compare pricing and products. Mr. Ibarra not only beat each of those companies with price but also the quality of the materials. My home now has custom real wooden shutters at a great price. Mr. Ibarraâ s company also treats military veterans and their families with great respect and care. I would definitely hire and use Mr. Ibarra services in future. The lifetime warranty always provides that much needed insurance just in case something happens.

Jorge Ibarra was my point of contact. He is such a gentleman! He answered all my questions and Vista Shades of Boerne was able to produce plantation shutters made right here in Texas in their very own factory. I was not in any hurry and did not hold them to their usual 3-5 week delivered and installed byline. And good thing, too - because our entire nation was shutdown due to the Covid-19 virus. But remarkably, my order placed on March 12, 2020 was installed on April 21, 2020 - much, MUCH sooner than I expected. And my shutters are beautiful and fit perfectly. Overall I received three quotes from three reputable companies all providing an equal product. Vista Shades of Boerne won out because of their best price and being made here in Texas. Others also produced their product in Texas but they were priced much higher for what I felt was the same shutter. I m going back to Jorge for more window options soon. Wouldn t go anywhere else now! This was the most pleasant experience. From NY, I am used to haggling. Had 4 quotes and told each one I was getting other pricing. Vista Shades gave me their best price upfront while the others said they could not do better. One even gave my friend a better price and they couldn t justify to me why she couldn t match it for me. Then, they all called back once I said I was giving it to Vista and started lowering their prices. Vista Shades was honest & reliable and I have beautiful quality plantation shutters which were delivered and installed professionally. I highly recommend them.
