"Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."

"Omar came out the same day I requested an estimate. He said he would raise the insulation up to 18 inches throughout my upstairs and when I mentioned I would like to get the attic door sealed he suggested an attic tent. Insulation cost was 565 and the tent was 220. We made an appointment for 12:00 on 10/22. I arrived home at 11:30 and he was already there. He blew insulation for a full hour. After he raised the insulation he asked that I inspect before he started on the attic tent. He and his helper absolutely raised it 18 inches and even got insulation in the hard to reach areas. Not sure of the square feet - but I'm guessing it was over 1000. After I said it looked great he did the attic tent. He and his helper installed and sealed the door. They cleaned up well. Attached are pictures of the attic tent as well as the insulation truck and how he fed the tube up the stairs into the attic. I highly recommend Omar and SR Insulation!"

"They gave us the best rate and the setup was great for ADT system. The installer did have to tell us about other options that would cost more money but he did not pressure us when we declined. We had door, window and motion detectors included. They gave us a week to practice on the new system, but we could call if we were ready to go live sooner which we did. Set up was quick, easy and uneventful. Very nice installer, Phillip Brown. The cost was quoted at a low price, but the bill came from ADT and was much higher. We were told the contract to ADT did not catch up and we will be getting the lower price with a reimbursement for the excess of the first bill. We did the $99 install and are getting a $100 gift card back. 3 year contract is a little annoying but we plan to stay here for a long time."
