"I let them know that I would not be home in the morning, so they were to come after 1:00 on the scheduled date. I received a voice mail at 11:30 saying they were at my house doing the gutters and windows, and to give them a call. I called back right away, but had to leave a voice mail in which I told them not to clean the windows until I arrived for a quote. I arrived home about 12:30 and they were done with the gutters and only had 3 windows left to clean. I was very pleased with the job they did, but let the owner know I was unhappy that they performed work before it was approved."

We bought new appliances we needed the cabinet fixed before hanging the new microwave. Tom found the studs the builder had missed hanging the cabinet. Excellent work."

Jerry repaired the chip at my home, no charge for coming to my home. He was there promptly at the designated time and the service was great.
