We have an A rating on Angie’s List and are able to provide references for both commercial and residential projects. "I had a deeply disappointing experience with this company during a recent remodeling project at my parents' home. While some aspects of the work were satisfactory, several significant issues remain unresolved: Poor Quality and Incomplete Work: Many areas were left unfinished or poorly executed, despite multiple walkthroughs and follow-up communications. Unprofessional Behavior: The team brought children to the job site without approval, disrupting the work environment. Lack of Cleanup: Dust and debris were left throughout our home after the work was "completed." Missing Documentation: We’ve repeatedly requested an itemized receipt and proof of worker licenses, but these have not been provided. They turned off our gas on a Friday and refused to come back to turn it on until Monday. We notified them of this on a Friday, and it should have been rectified. Terrible Communication: Emails, texts, and calls have gone unanswered, leaving us frustrated and without resolution. Additionally, we were bullied into signing off on completion of work (by Sapir) with the promise they would return to complete the issues that were pointed out. They never returned or communicated further with us despite reaching out on various occasions. I cannot recommend this company due to their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to meet basic standards of quality and accountability."

"I paid $32,062.46 upfront. Due to non-performance of duties and/or responsibilities and damages to the property, it was mutually agreed to terminate the contract with Elizabeth Meisel on 2/28/25. Zack did not follow the permitted stamped architect plans and was provided feedback. The ceiling framing was off by 4' and the kitchen framing off by appx 9". Tell was made aware and still could not follow the plans for the kitchen. The original parquet in the large closet was demolished. It is estimated $800 for materials and labor. I made numerous calls, some not returned. Many meetings. Elizabeth Meisel assured me I would not be charged for work not completed. I sent a demand letter, no response. She is not returning my calls, now. I am now forced to pay the fees associated with ownership of the property and rent as I sold property to purchase this one. I am 70 years old and am forced to go back to work full time to cover housing expenses. Now I also have attorney’s fees."
