JT was very patient and took us to several slab yards as I had something very particular that I was looking for. He even sent pictures from another slab yard later that week with other possibilities that he thought I might be interested in. Installation was also smooth and timely, and they did an excellent job in selecting pieces from the slab for the countertop and orienting the patterns in the rock in an attractive way. I am very pleased with the service and highly recommend this company! We wanted to install hardwood flooring upstairs matching the pattern that was already installed (many years ago) downstairs. As the product previously installed was discontinued, JT spent sometime looking around for suitable options. This process was valuable for us as he was able to identify a very good match after visiting several shops. The installation went very well and as described. The installation team (Iran and Rolando) are excellent professionals. They moved all furniture carefully, they cleaned up thoroughly each day before leaving, and they were always kind and professional. The quality of their work is excellent as well. Through out the process the team provided updates on the timing and plans to keep us up to date. It is important to notice that the supplier delivered the wrong wood by mistake. As I noticed that, I reported immediately to JT. He contacted the company and that very evening they sent the correct wood so that the work could begin as planned the following morning. In my experience, JT managed this setback very expeditiously, reacting to correct the situation without introducing any delays. We are very happy customers!

The project went quite well. Wife and I are totally happy with the results. Now some details: - Started and finished as scheduled. - Trip with JT to local stone yards to select materials / agree design; - JT suggestions on plumbing and electrical fixtures - Complete master bath demo & remodel - Large custom vanity and cabinet, quartz counters and other horizontal surfaces, porcelin shower tiles, shower bench, flooring, frameless shower, modern fixtures, etc - Replace window with new aluminun with double pane rain glass - Master suite flooring JT and the core team of employees and subcontractors show up, work long days, did very good work. Kept the project moving. Communication with me the customer and within the Team was excellent from start to finish. These people are good and work well together. As can be expected, there were a few hick ups along the way. They were managed promptly and professionally. Cost was the original quote, plus a few very fairly priced change orders and upgrades at cost. Pleased with performance, quality, cost and end result.

J.T. and his team did a fantastic job with our new countertops! He took the time to come to the house to discuss the look we were going for and make some suggestions about some options that might meet our needs, wants and budget. He met us to look at what seemed to be hundreds of options and helped guide us to the perfect choices for the home — a spectacular quartzite in the kitchen and work desk and a leathered finish granite for the office and the fireplace surround. He suggested what turned out to be the perfect match for the quartzite — a beautiful handmade subway tile that was also the right price point for us. The stone cutting and install were done exceptionally well; the seams are almost imperceptible and the complex fit turned out to be perfect. I would highly recommend doing with J.T. And his team at Ais Stone & Marble.
