Max Marble and Granite Inc

I was very please with Max Marble. I wanted something nice looking but on the cheap since this was for a rental condo downtown. I was helped with the selection in their yard and the measurement and installation process went flawlessly. Now I have great looking granite that looks a lot more expensive than it was! Thanks!

Initially it looked like it went well. Then the grout between the sink and the counter top began to fail. I had to call them multiple times over a long period before they came out to repair. They did a poor job of repair and the caulking is now worse than it was before the repair. I have been calling them repeatly over a period of months and they promise to rectify the situation it but do nothing. Obviously nothing but legal action will get them to live up to their responsibilities.

After our house was completed I was told by Bruce that there was half a slab of granite left over and that he would store it for use in my garage apartment. 3 months later when I called he refused to give me any granite, stating that there was none left. Bruce used my expensive granite for someone else and gave me the cheap granite and on top of it wanted to charge me for it.
