He gave us different options and made sure to include was was highest priority. He answered all of our questions and got everything set up and done really fast. All the rodents were caught and everything was sealed up just as promised. They even added the seal we previously bought to the bottom of the garage door. "When our landscaper said we had a bee problem after they were stung, we called in the experts at Critter Control. Roger and another tech arrived early for our appointment and went to examine the area after we provided them the information we had. Well---there was no bee nest found, nor any signs of bees in or around the utility boxes within the landscaped area. We are so grateful that Critter Control is upfront and honest. They gave us helpful information on signs to look for but didn't even charge us for their inspection service call. Now this is amazing customer service! Thanks Critter Control!"

"Jean was very patient & thorough in his evaluation of our pest issue. He took the time to educate us on why we had carpenter ants and how they live. This helped us make an informed decision with him on a treatment plan. He was friendly and professional. As an added bonus, Jean was so kind & understanding with our 3year old yellow Labrador who loved him! Great company to work with from scheduling to treatment."
