My problem was solved in reasonable time (due to the weather). Ben was great... professional, friendly, and got the job done. And service was reasonably priced. I'd call them again if I had any other bird issues. Hopefully I won't have to :) , but they'd definitely get my referrals.

Immediate response. He even went out of his way to do same day install of 15 industrial strength rodent bait boxes. How cool is THAT? My only gripe is the price of each box. OUCH! Overall I strongly recommend.

Ben not only identified the main problem (a raccoons desire to live in my attic), after we were sure the raccoon had moved on, he did a nice job closing off the entry point with sheet metal in addition to closing off entry points being used by the occasional squirrel.
