Jonathan and Ryan showed up at 10 minutes until 9am Saturday morning. In a job that we estimated at 3 hours, they were done in 1.5 hours! They also took a treadmill apart enough to move from the living room to a bedroom, as it was too big to goo down the hall. Very professional, helped clean up after, and every personable as well! I can't recommend this company enough!

Fantastic. 3-man crew assigned to construct the playset. They had a logistical issue early, and called to let us know they would be a little late but actually made it a little early. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Crew lead told me they had assembled over 200 similar playsets. I believe it! Crew worked hard, had all the necessary tools, communicated often and very professional, and finished in about 3.5 hours. I am a previous tradesman so I had high expectations and this crew and Assemblies Done Right met them all. Well Done. Highly Recommended.

These guys are awesome. We purchased a 12x12 Gazebo from Costco and tried to assemble ourselves. We realized we were in over our heads and called. They sent out a 3 man crew the same day who were able to finish the installation within hours. Highly recommend. Will use them again!

The crew that came to install the playground had their wife and girlfriend in my backyard. They brought their children as well while they were working. They worked from 8 in the morning until 11 pm. When it got later, I saw that they were drinking beer while on the job. I noticed that some things were done wrong and called them about it the next day. They came back and fixed the obvious issues with the playground. Fast forward to this winter, I've noticed that lots of the boards are cracking, some in half. The manufacturer has provided me with replacement boards.
I tried calling Mark (owner) about the issue and we have gone back and forth about getting the issue fixed. Chris (the foreman) came out and looked at the job and was shaking his head and took a bunch of pictures and said it will be an all day job. Chris said they would call me in one to two days. Two weeks went by and no crew has been out to correct the issue. Speaking with Mark has been difficult. He has become argumentative. I have finally gotten them to schedule for this Sunday, but the last I spoke with Mark he berated me during the phone call.

Made appt time at 9 am they showed up on time and were very professional and did a wonderful job putting the gazebo together. Would highly recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

The responsiveness alone with Mark was top-notch and would have been worth a recommendation even if they hadn't performed the service. The company was excellent and responsive beyond expectations. The crew that came to set up the set were friendly and very accommodating. All the reviews about the playset we bought stated that aside from the installation, the set was excellent. Assemblies Done Right has helped us to enjoy the set nearly right out of the box because they worked with our schedule to have the crew arrive the day after the set was received and spared my daughter from a grumpy father having to install this monster.
Many thanks to the Assemblies Done Right team, and it'd be hard to overstate how helpful they are, and they wholeheartedly earned my recommendation to anyone about to assemble a big playset that is becoming increasingly common.

Install was quick and professional.
We had a spare slide so they added that in to the structure where it made sense. no extra costs... thanks!
There were one or two boards that had a crack in them and one screw that wasn't flush. The screw was in a tight corner, so should affect anything, but one of the boards was a step.
They warranty their work for 1 year, so happy to observe, no follow up at this time

The guys came out and put together my playset in just a few hours. They were helpful and friendly. They even did a trampoline for me. Definitely recommend!

The provider arrived on time and went straight to work. This playset was very large, as was the trampoline (14' diameter). They had both structures down and re-installed at our new house in under 5 hours. I was truly impressed with how quickly they could get the work done. It was so easy from my end of things that I laugh when I think that we considered leaving the playset and trampoline behind fearing it would be too difficult or expensive to move to our new house. It was a piece of cake. I plan to have this provider back to power wash and stain the swing set. Overall, very happy with this decision.

I am very impressed with this company. They are very responsive through email, will schedule any day of week (including weekends) and do a great job. Two men came and assembled the playset very efficiently. You could tell they know what they are doing! They were very friendly. The only thing is that the anchors all broke when they tried to install those, so I needed to purchase more---not their fault, though. There is a lot of rock in the ground of my backyard. We were also waiting on good weather so they can seal the set (it rained the day they assembled), which I plan to have them do. Will use again and highly recommend.

The price was a lot higher than expected. Did not arrive when expected. We were not home when they came. Were very rude on phone demanding that we be home to pay them. ( the rudeness was in how they talked to us not that they needed to be paid) when we drove up they were standing there smoking! So the guy stunk super bad as we were talking to them. They fixed the broken piece but had broken another that we did not realize at first. So now the net is stuck at the lowest height.

"Sorry we did not meet your expectations. ALL prices are fixed and set at time of customers call. We do not have hourly prices and thus the exact price was given and agreeded too with customer prior to setting an installation date, so there was no cost suprise at time of work and customer was free to accept our bid or not, so I have not clue how the price could have been higher then expected? Because review was left almost a year after the work was preformed, I'm sorry to say I don't remember any issues with this job or customer. Unfortunately attitude is a two way street sometimes and human nature being what it is, people just can be satisified, thus a bad review. We don't have this often, but it done happen. We are sorry and will strive to do better next time. We do over 300 jobs a year and the majority of our customers rate us at tops in our field. You will note we won the super service award the past two years. Thanks for your review!"

On short notice we needed to move a 4 year old Sunray playset from Frisco to Richardson. I did not get quotes from other companies and contacted Assemblies Done Right. They were very responsive and quick to give me a quote and a date that they could do the move.
I was impressed by their responsiveness and 1 year warranty on labor. They arrived at my parent's house around the time they said and had the set taken down and partially delivered to our house by 11. They had to take 2 trips because their box truck was broken so they used a pickup truck to move it.
They called me around 3pm to try and get payment before they started to stain it. Long story short I ended up calling the main office to make a payment over the phone instead of driving back home from Frisco. I ended up being charged an extra $5 for having to process the payment over the phone.
We weren't able to inspect the work until the next day. There were several things that were not done correctly but they sent out a crew on Monday, after initially setting it up on a Friday, to fix the issues.
Overall they did a good job, I would have to say though that they did not pay enough attention to the details of assembling a used playset.

assembled a large playset for my kids, something that the instructions say would take 2 people 10 hours (or by myself, about 3-4 weekends at a few hours a day - and I'm fairly handy).
they completed the work in about 4 hours for $425 (cheapest quote I received). I also asked the owner if they could assemble a geodome play climber, and he said yes at a charge of $50 (took them about 1 hour for that).
they placed all the structures where I need them and they leveled it on the "slightly" sloping side of my yard.
AWESOME work.
would have hired them to seal the playset, but my wife and I wanted something easy to do together.
the only thing that I can fault them on is that they missed telling me that one of the A-frame support pieces was slightly cracked.
it's not a biggie, as I will call the maker and acquire a new one.
other than that, flawless, simply flawless work.

Technicians arrived on-time (early, in fact). The team looked at my pole and found that we could not use existing pole with new equipment. They offered a low-cost solution, which would be workable (cut pole off at ground; install new pole next to old pole). However, were willing to remove existing pole with a jackhammer and install new in same location, which would be better for basketball play and would look nicer, at additional cost. I chose the additional cost, but was not pressured in either direction. Nice. They offered me the opportunity to upgrade concrete to quick dry (additional $2-3? cost/bag for 10 bags) so they could finish the job that day. No pressure. I accepted. The workmen ran out to get supplies (jackhammer and concrete), removed the pole, assembled and installed the new basketball system. They cleaned up the entire work area as they were going. At the end, I had a beautiful new pole that looked like it had been there. No construction debris, no mess, and the landscape left appearing to be undisturbed. They did an excellent job, and were professional. Their prices are a little high, in my opinion ($450 for a vanilla basketball goal install), but they do a really good job.
