We had a contract with them. They just came and did the work then they just leave. For now, I'm not really happy with them.

Kyle's guys are so professional, speedy and thorough!  Every Friday morning, they get there and get it done beautifully! They even move our trampoline around each week, so the grass gets even sun exposure and I do not end up with a 15'  dead spot in my yard.  I have known Kyle for about 30 years and he has been doing such great work this long!  VERY professional and provides amazingly beautiful landscapes!  Highly recommend!

I Called KC Lawn to get a bid for my front yard landscaping. Kyle was able to come out that week to meet with me.  The next week Kyle came back with a landscape design for me to look at. It was beautiful. I got bids from 3 different companies. KC Lawn was the middle bid.  There were a few questions and possible changes I had regarding the design. Kyle came back out for one more brief meeting to address the questions I had and discuss the few changes I wanted made (He was always easy to reach. He almost always answered the phone but if I had to leave a message he returned my call promptly). He told me his crew would be able to start the following week. They showed up on the day they were supposed to and actually  showed up earlier than expected. They worked all day Thursday digging everything up and re-shaping the beds and setting out all the plants/flowers/trees. They returned first thing Friday morning to finish planting and make sure my sprinkler system was working properly so that my new landscape would be watered properly. There was an issue with over watering due to one of my neighbor's sprinkler heads and my sprinkler heads working so closely to each other. They were able to take care of that issue with no problem. The crew that did a lot of the work were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Kyle's partner, Shawn, was on site a lot helping too.  Everyone at KC Lawn went above and beyond to make sure they  left my yard looking great. They cleaned everything up and hauled off all my old concrete blocks and pavers. The guys even bagged up some plant debris in my backyard (that I hadn't gotten around to picking up myself :-) ) that was completely unrelated to the job. That was soooo nice of them. The guys at KC Lawn kept me in the loop on everything and made sure I was happy with everything from beginning to end. I had a very good experience with KC Lawn. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a reliable professional hardworking company for their landscaping needs. (If there is some place for me to post pics on this site I will)
