We had no idea what was causing it. He came out and quickly discovered it was are rear neighbor&#39;s house that had a valve leak—who had no idea about it, and was completely flooding all the houses on the block that were below him! I went ahead and hired him to make some adjustments to our sprinkler system...which he didn&#39;t want to charge me for, but I insisted...so he gave me a very reasonable rate for that work. Then same day fixed our neighbors issue—giving him a very reasonable rate. Would highly recommend Chad and The Lawn Ranger.
