"Chad was awesome! We had water completely saturating our backyard and coming up through our patio deck and into our pool which was causing causing discoloration and overflow. We had no idea what was causing it. He came out and quickly discovered it was are rear neighbor&#39;s house that had a valve leak—who had no idea about it, and was completely flooding all the houses on the block that were below him! I went ahead and hired him to make some adjustments to our sprinkler system...which he didn&#39;t want to charge me for, but I insisted...so he gave me a very reasonable rate for that work. Then same day fixed our neighbors issue—giving him a very reasonable rate. Would highly recommend Chad and The Lawn Ranger. Very knowledgeable, timely communication, quick response, great pricing, and awesome work. Thanks again!"
