Description of Work: The work consisted of a long stone walkway and a round stone pad for our barbecue grill. The work was completed on time and paid in full, but a month later it began cracking. Mr. Jairo said he would fix all cracks after the stonework had settled through all seasons. By March there were 4 cracks running across the width of the walkway. I called and made an appointment, but he did not show. Since March I have called 15 times, set up 4 more appointments and he has never shown up or called me back. The border of the walkway is cracking and pulling away and the barbecue pad is cracking. Now I am looking for a new company to repair this $10,000 stonework at my own expense. No one should ever use this company. He says he is a man of his word and stands by his work, but that is not true!

+ -1 moreExtremely responsive and professional. Jairo oversaw the work himself and I am very pleased with the overall quality and the look of the landscaping. The curb appeal on my house increased 100%. I totally recommend him to anybody who has landscaping needs.
Description of Work: Installed a sprinkler system with 7 zones, 2 of which were specifically targeting the foundation. Cleaned out the flower beds, took out 2 dead trees. Expanded flower beds, planted several new shrubs. Lined the flower beds with stone.

+ -1 moreHe arrived late by a couple of days to do the services. The quality of his work is good. I would use his services in the future. He was professional while he worked.
Description of Work: He came to my house and put new grass down, he cleaned my flowerbeds, he put mulch and he did a lot of weed control.
