I needed 13 tiles replaced after a plumber had to bust up my my kitchen floor for a drainage problem. The tile was discontinued but Josh matched it as well as he could. "Lots of discussion on how to prepare a screen enclosed aggrigate patio for porcelin tile and some back and forth on the price but in the end, the installer, John prevailed and prepared the aggrigate surface properly and did a fine job of installation. The workmanship was terrific and the problems with Whitehouse Floors and More were lack of experience in this type of prepartion. Overall, great job and very happy with end result"
