"Painter stopped paint about 1" above carpet on all baseboards. Had to go around and correct. Accent wall next to wall painted white had to go and adjust painting to have even lines. Several spots of paint on carpet that had to clean up; paint on door knobs which I cleaned up. Requested ceiling to be retextured where it was peeling up, instead contractor scraped the ceiling and painted it. There are areas that are still needing address on ceiling which I will correct. I failed to remove the blinds in a window contractor removed blind and layed on floor and they were stepped on. Ended up with a slat being broken. Office personnel did call and request I make sure I was happy before staff departed."

"Good work in a reasonable amount of time, and trustworthy. Expect some possible minor broken items such as electrical wall plates, as they need to remove all items from the walls in order to do the job well. In my opinion, it was forgivable as it speaks to their thoroughness in the painting process. Just plan for it. Overall, I would hire them again."

"Jose and his assistant removed the shed doors that we painted ourselves a long time ago and paint had been coming off. They then sanded them and re-painted them. At the same time, the walkway from the sidewalk outside our side garage door to the patio on the other side of the gate, was being worked on. After removing some soil in order to place the pavers stones level with our sidewalk, they placed sand down, then placed the stones on. After that, they placed some gravel/sand material in between the stones to make them more stable. After the paint dried on the shed doors, they put them back on the shed. Also Jose helped us with replacing our old worn out shocks on our front and back storm doors which we had already purchased and had them on hand for him to install.

"I could not have been more pleased with Pete and his assistant. An upstairs bathroom leak ruined the ceiling in my kitchen. The hole was very large - Pete replaced the ceiling with new sheetrock and removed an ugly light fixture I had been wanting to get rid of. He covered everything in my kitchen, so there was NO mess. He was able to match the stippling on the ceiling so that you can't even tell there was a repair - it matches perfectly. While he was here, I had him patch a couple of holes in my bedroom left by old electrical outlets. He fixed those in no time, and the texture matches the rest of the wall perfectly. He used a "wet sanding" technique so that my house didn't get covered in dust. He left everything perfectly clean - maybe cleaner than it was when he started. I paid much less than I thought I would have to pay. I would very highly recommend Pete - both he and his assistant are very good at what they do, and they are very nice people on top of that!"

"This is the third job we?ve done with HRR services - so I understood the capabilities of the company and Phillip Warwick prior to starting.  I am also a handyman myself and can do many of the tasks I contracted him to do, I just  don?t have the time. I?ll go room by room and provide a little detail on the last job.  
General:
My wife and I did most of the demo with the exceptions of the three bathrooms. 
Doors:
All the doors in the house were sub par.  We gave some direction on what we wanted and Phillip did a good job with choosing the right doors.  
Kitchen and Breakfast:
When we purchased this house, the kitchen was a 1972 mess!  I wanted to tear out all the cabinets and Phillip said it would be better to save them. That was a good call.  I sanded down all the cabinets and rebuilt the doors.  Phillips guys did a great job with sanding prep and paint on the cabinets.  They repaired the sheet rock and floated out such that you could not tell it was ever patched. He also installed a designer vent hood and dishwasher.  
Den:
I tore out all the old paneling walls (two layers) down to studs.  Phillip?s guys installed sheet rock trimmed out and painted.  The room looked great.
Dinning:
There was no scope here except the mirror removal.  We forgot to include that in the scope during the bid.  One afternoon I dropped by the site and the mirrors were gone, walls floated and painted.  He charged next to nothing for this work. 
Utility Bath:
Phillip removed the existing tile and toilet, demoed the vanity.  The window was beyond repair and he replaced that as well.  After tile, vanity and counters were installed, the he painted and added the new toilet.  
Hall Bath:
During demo, the tub was damaged and I felt like it could not be repaired.  Phillip replaced it at his expense.  He also repaired the vanity, did the paint, plumbing, tile and toilet.  
Master Bedroom:
This room was mostly paint, however, we moved the door going to the master bath.  Phillip was able to match the texture in the walls such that you really could not tell after paint that it had been moved.  
Master Bath:
This room was a big deal.  We put in a new tub (there was no tub before), moved and enlarged the shower and put in a new closet.  Phillip put in a new toilet, new window and installed a purchased vanity.  The tiling in this room was very upscale and Phillip?s team did a great installation.  When finished, this room looked great.  
Remainder:
Phillip did touch-up paint in various places that needed it at a reasonable price. 
Other Comments:
You can always reach Phillip via text.  He will respond even when on vacation.  
Phillip was always happy to meet us at the job site if we had questions.
Phillip was willing to work with other contractors on the same site (this is not always easy...)
Phillip was flexible with us regarding schedule (I needed some time to finish my scope so he could do his).

"We are very pleased with all of the work done by Miguel and his crew. They work long hours and straighten up after each day of work is completed. Miguel has a good eye for cabinet design and custom built our cabinets with solid wood. They also carefully removed the cabinets underneath our granite countertops to save them for reuse in the new kitchen. Miguel is easy to work with and his crew is pleasant and respectful. "I had a cabinet door with broken hinges and several others with loose hinges.  Oscar replaced the broken hinges and exchanged the loose hinges.  I also had a section of caulk in a shower panel that needed to be removed and replaced.  He did not have the actual white caulk that I had expected him to have (I had called to verify he would have bathroom/waterproof caulk but did not specify the color because I thought the caulk only came in white and he would know what I need).  He did have clear caulk or maybe it was a glue.  I do not remember that detail at this moment but I do remember he said it would last longer than the caulk that he removed.  I also had a ceiling fan light that was not working that I wanted him to fix.  I had read in the owner's manual that flashing light bulbs means the electrical wiring needs repairs.  I had also asked if this repair could be done when I was scheduling the appointment and was told yes.  Oscar could not fix it and said a part, I think it was the transmitter or something like that, needed to be replaced.  I had him remove the ceiling fan and reinstall the original light fixture (I needed light in the room).  I rated punctuality with a B because he was a little late.

Oscar was more than willing to do the work I requested and he had a very good attitude.  I was a little disappointed that he could not fix the ceiling fan and that he did not have the white caulk/glue.  But, at the same time, it was a very good price for the amount of work done and he was very polite and cooperative. "
