"Went great. The owner, Mr. Cruz, was terrific. Got it done for less money and in less time than anyone else I spoke with. He came the next day after I contacted. him. He had it all completed with replacement part to pump put on within the next few days; at a very reasonable price. Compare this to outfits where the repair guys work on commission (i.e., the more new equipment they can sell you, the more they make). I suggest staying away from pool repair companies that work like that. This was yet another reason I liked HCM Pools. They did not attempt to up-charge me. I would certainly use this company again."
