"I wanted insulation blown in above the ceiling of my condo to lessen the noise from my neighbors above. Darren was very responsive and professional and knew exactly what I was looking for. The crew arrived on time, was very nice, and covered the house in plastic sheeting to protect everything from the incredible amount of dust created by drilling dozens of holes in the ceiling to shoot the insulation. Their subcontractor Robert arrived the next day to repair the holes and repaint the ceilings. He also was able to install can lights in my living room (separate job and quote from the job Attic Construction was doing). During installation of the lights, we discovered that some of the cavities that should have been filled by new insulation were not, due to a problem with the old insulation. One call to Darren and the insulation guys showed up early the next morning to take care of it. Robert the drywall guy and his helper Carlos did an amazing job repairing all the holes, you can't even tell that my ceiling looked like swiss cheese at one point. The reduction in sound coming from upstairs is noticeable due to the new insulation and I love my new lights. Be aware though that a job like this is incredibly messy and dusty but Attic Construction OC made it as easy as possible."

We heard some critters that had gotten into our attic and called immediately (late on a Monday evening), and John came to our home on Tuesday to assess the situation. He showed up when he said he would, was honest in his assessment and we felt that he quoted a very fair price for the work that his team completed. They started with work quickly, took great care with our home (there was no evidence of any work debris left behind at the end of each day), the teams showed up when they said they would, everyone was pleasant, worked efficiently and with a super level of quality. "These guys are the BEST. They treat your home as if it were theirs. Isaac found some possibly faulty electric wiring in my attic and told me about it. He did not have to do that, because it delayed their finishing their job by a day, and interrupted their next job. But he is honest in decent and wanted my home to be safe. They removed all of the old insulation, replaced my ductwork, and blew in new insulation. They were kind, courteous, and professional at all times. The other two estimates I had did not alert me to the need for new insulation, and one company never even looked in my attic. I highly recommend this company, without hesitation.
