Saturday afternoon and I realized my home was not cool. The thermostat was 83 and climbing. I was able to contact A-Anderson HVAC and electrical. They were at my house in less than an hour and less than an hour later my AC was cooling. Dylan stayed long enough to check the air temperature coming out of the vents. He was very friendly, thorough, knowledgeable . Everyone from phone to personal service was great. The price was also in my expected range. I highly recommend this company.

The men who came to do the install were great! They worked quickly. They knew what they were doing. The unit that was installed was more powerful than I had expected, it cools very quickly.

It was hairy, at first, poor communication, on my part, I think, but Jack was genuinely eager to rectify the issues encountered during Eric's first visit. Much appreciation to you, Jack!!!

Prompt Sunday service

Quickly responded to our calls and came out to fix our problem in a timely manner. Our technician was extremely knowledgeable and experienced and respectful. Pricing for the work was in line with norms for our area.

The technician Eric Bickham came Wednesday October 28th, 2020 to do a seasonal performance check. He arrived on time, introduced himself, and did a thorough inspection of the unit located in the attic. He replaced a low performance capacitor after explaining/demonstrating problem with the part, and then changed out the heater filter. He was very thorough, and very knowledgeable about his service work.

Honesty was appreciated.

I got a call before I even finished entering the info, here on Home Advisor. They got a tech out within an hour (and this was at the end of the day). The tech needed some other equipment to finish. He was here first thing the next morning and got my unit cleaned up and running like new. Good stuff. We even signed up for their service plan.
