"I had two room additions added. Victor and his crew came in and tore out work that had been done incorrectly and left unfinished. They tore out the poorly installed drywall and insulation, installed new insulation, fixed some stubs, installed new drywall, textured, reinstalled 3 doors, installed exterior siding, replaced windows with siding and brick, ground down uneven flooring, installed trim and baseboards, painted interior and exterior, installed gutters, painted concrete floors. They did a great job. This is my third time partnering with Victor on a project and he always comes through."

"D-R Drywall did a great job with our ceiling work. They took the time to drape and tape the area to minimize the impact upon the rest of the house. We truly appreciated that. They were professional, efficient, and did quality work. They were nice people as well. We are glad we hired them."

"Very professional and provided great quality work. Angel and his team were able to install drywall in my garage in just one day. Excellent work for a great price."
On average, drywall installation costs $2,000, depending on the size, complexity, accessibility, and location of the job. The typical cost range is from about $400 to $6,000, which includes materials and labor. Additional cost factors include the thickness of the drywall, the shape and height of the room, and the level of finish. The level of finish ranges from only hanging the drywall to taping and mudding the seams between panels to painting the walls.
The best type of insulation for your home depends on what you need, so the answer will depend on your specific situation. If you’re building a house, structural panels are easy to install during the building process in addition to being the most energy efficient type. If you live in a warm climate, reflective insulation may benefit you more as it costs less than other insulation types. And for standard attics, loose-fill, spray foam, or blown-in insulation work well.
If you plan to heat or cool your garage, you’ll need to insulate the garage ceiling. Insulating your garage ceiling will make your garage much more energy efficient and save on heating and cooling costs. Not only does insulation make your garage more energy efficient, it helps reduce noise and can extend the life of your garage roof. You can use fiberglass, cellulose, mineral wool, or spray foam insulation for this project.
The cost to skim coat drywall is $1.15 to $1.35 per square foot. Most of the cost is labor, for the necessary skills to apply the skim coat with precision using high-quality tools. This is a job better left to the professionals for the best outcomes.
On average, insulating an attic costs about $2,500, ranging from $1,500 to $3,500, depending on the insulation type, amount, and your attic’s accessibility. Additional cost factors include sealing air leaks, removal or replacement of insulation, and inspections. Types of insulation include:
Blown-in: $1–$4 per square foot
Spray foam: $2–$5 per square foot
Batt: $2–$4 per square foot
Structural insulated panels: $4–$7 per square foot
Loose-fill: $2–$5 per square foot
Reflective: $0.50–$1.50 per square foot
