familiar with the house and routine.

They did a great job, and we've been using them ever since.

We have used them for almost a year. Two women come and work solidly the entire time. The charge is $50 an hour, very reasonable for two people, I think. They do all that I ask and then some. I do give them a nice tip. They are fine with dogs and cats. They do windows too!

I was very impressed and highly recommend this company! They were prompt, professional and very thorough. They cleaned every room top to bottom, dusting baseboards, wooden blinds and ceiling fans. They were even able to remove the build up on our faucets, from the hard water we have here! They worked for 6 hours and by the time they left, our entire house was sparkling and looked brand new! They exceeded my expectations and I will definitely call this company in the future!

We have used MRJ in the past and asked them to clean my sister in law's house prior to her moving in.  The house was quite dirty and was vacant for 3 months.  The crew arrived on time and THOROUGHLY cleaned the house from top to bottom.  Simply a superb job. 

Did an excellent job and we now have them come in every two weeks to help us.

Asked for spring clean. As if I were selling my house. I have dust allergies and they used feather dusters. The girls did not understand good English.

Rose and her crew were absolutely amazing!  They arrived at 9:00am and were there until 6:00PM - cleaning on their way out the front door!  They thought of everything. Their efforts went so far beyond the normal cleaning of floors, tubs, sinks, counters & etc., that I was thoroughly impressed.  Their efforts included - taking apart and cleaning every light fixture, cleaning every ceiling fan, wiping down baseboards and ceilings, washing windows inside and out, wiping down every shelf in kitchen, closets, & built-ins, cleaning fireplace, and on and on!  The place was spotless, smelled clean, and looked brand new.  They were worth every penny and then some.  I will definitely use their services again - and again!

The cleaning team arrived on time and did a wonderful job cleaning the bathrooms, kitchen and entire home.

Rose made sure everything got done as I requested. She did my ceiling fans, my light fixtures, everything. They were efficient and speedy. They were very prompt. She made sure everything was attended to. She walked me through and had me make sure the job was done to my satisfaction.

Our house was picked up and ready to be deep cleaned and sanitized.  The crew of 3 started in the master bathroom and over the next 7 1/2 hours proceeded through the rest of our home. They were asked to vacuum, dust, sweep & mop, clean 2 bathrooms and the kitchen, clean windows, mini blinds and baseboards, and remove cobwebs as necessary. they also wiped down frequently touched surfaces like door frames and door knobs.  They did a decent job, but I don't think it should have taken so long since they had 3 people working, We could have cleaned the house ourselves, but I hired them because I thought professionals could do a better, more thorough job. They also broke the glass out of a photo screen. They told my son, but didn't tell me or apologize.  I expected to have my home feel cleaner and sanitized. We really didn't get that feeling.

We searched Angie's List for a cleaning service and found this company recommended. We purchased our house in April but could not close until June 5.  We called Rose at MRJ services and explained our situation to them.  We HAD to have the house thoroughly cleaned on June 6 as our furniture, etc was arriving from Virginia the next day.  Rose came out to the house on June 5 at the appointed time.  She was very professional and courteous.  We explained that we wanted the house cleaned top to bottom, all cabinets, shelves, crown mouldings, base boards, applicances, etc.  We agreed on the  price of the estimate.  Rose and her crew showed up the next morning on time and went to work immediately.  They did not stop except for a brief lunch and completed their tasks by 2pm.  We did a final walk thru with Rose.  All was good.  We had no qualms about moving into our (new to us) house the following day.  To say we are pleased would be a gross understatement.  We will make further plans with this company to do a detail cleaning for us on a monthly basis once we get completely moved in and unpacked.  Definitely a wonderful company to deal with and would strongly recommend their service to anyone.

Rose came a couple of times while the two girls were here to check up on them and bring them supplies.  They did a very good job.  My kitchen remodel was not completed, so they are coming back in July to finish the rest of the house.  They wee very thorough.

Very expensive but we knew that before they started working. they do good work. The workers do not speak english so it's difficult to communicate with them.

However the boss does speak english so we have a contact to express ourselves.
I'm away from home so I don't have the actual dates of service with me - but dates were mid Sept., Oct., Nov. and Dec., 2012

I met with Rose at my home for an initial estimate for housecleaning services.  She arrived on time and was very professional.  I had prepared a list ahead of time of things I would like to include, and we quickly surveyed the house and she gave an honest and true estimate for my list.  I would recommend preparing a list b/c you'll be surprised at all the things that go into a thorough housecleaning. 
I hired her company for an "initial get things in shape" cleaning, and then for weekly ongoing cleaning.  I was very satisfied with the initial cleaning, and they have been doing my house weekly for 5 weeks and I am still very happy.  I communicate with Rose via phone calls and text.  If I need anything different for a particular week, I text her and they get it done.  For example, I had some boxes that I needed to be unpacked so the boxes/packaging could be put in the trash, and they handled this for me. 
I love walking in after work and the house smells so clean!  I am super-picky and I have been pleased.  They even bring in my mail and wipe down my mailbox (this was on my list -- example of how picky I am).  Communicate your needs clearly and specifically and feel confident that Rose will make sure they are met.

They called me back when I left messages. We did everything by phone because my mom lives far away. It was a good experience, and my mom was happy with everything.

I've been very pleased with the service overall. They've cleaned twice for me and have been thorough and competent.  They are scheduled to come again and I will continue to use their service.   The girls are fast and friendly and the supervisor is excellent at returning calls and working around schedules. 

I live about 10 miles from town, so I was very glad to get someone to drive out here.  

I would recommend you tell them exactly what you want done, what you expect, and if you want some specific cleaning products used.  Rose (the Op Mgr) is great about listening to what you want, and making sure the client is pleased with their services.  If you decide to use their service, don't be afraid to tell her what you want...she is great about that!

Most important...be sure to communicate your expectations and be clear what you want done...talk to Rose about any issues or questions.
