Mark Treen came in and found the foam the other company had injected. The other company's foam was inferior and was mash-able by hand. Mark put in concrete pilings, rather than foam, to hold up the house. The final cost was on point with the original bid, even when he ended up having to dig a few more holes than initially intended.
