"Another company said we needed our entire foundation repaired, but Baird actually did detailed measurements and determined only one section of our foundation needed repair. Worker were polite, professional, and unobtrusive. Work was completed quickly and the repairs did the trick. "Foundation was repaired and leveled, but the person who came out to give the quote indicated that the skirting would be repaired and that a rotted beam at the front of the house would be replaced, and that all piers would be strapped with five (5) straps for lateral stability. The piers were replaced but only one strap was used, several of them were broken, and the rotted beam was not replaced. I didn't say anything about it when the repair was done, so they may have fixed those things if I'd been more on the ball about inspecting their work. But I don't think the details of the repair were well communicated to the work crew. The actual installation of the piers went well and the house is still level, so the main purpose of the job was achieved well enough."

"It went really well, better than expected. Mr. King was great to work with as he provided me several options for water proofing (for the future) and he installed a sump pump which is what I needed as the first step. He was on time, cleaned up after the job was done (and during) and wanted to make sure we were very happy with his work. I waited to do a review because I wanted to see how the sump pump worked after rain. We have had a couple of good rain events since it was installed and we heard it working and doing its job. The unit is a little loud, but knowing it is working and moving the water out of the crawlspace is all that matters to me."

"The foundation work was excellent.  Mark, the owner, had a team at our house in a timely manner.  They dug to bedrock and poured pilings.  They cleaned up after themselves and my husband I literally watched the cracks in our walls close.  It was amazing.  We found Mark to be professional and fair. We were thrilled to learn that he was in the roofing business and again he came to our house promptly, gave us an estimate, and got to work.  The house has a flat roof, so not many are interested in the work.  Mark used a new product.  It's a foam base and works like a charm.  The roof has actually insulated the house, making it cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.  Again, my husband and I were thrilled with the work ethic and the product."
