They very responsive to your needs. They are prompt courteous and very knowledgeable at their profession. Sam replaced our garage door opener in 1 hour and 15 minutes. He's great to work with and he's very professional and helped program my phone to MyQ. I highly recommend them.

The man was able to talk me through the fix without coming to the house. He was very good at giving instructions over the phone so that I could fix the problem myself. I could not be more happy with the result.

The price was higher than I read about on line but everything else was good.

The customer service was great. After installation, we had a small issue with the installation but they were very eager to make sure we were satisfied with our service. So they sent a senior technician to troubleshoot the problem and he was able to resolve the issue. So, shout out to Corey for great customer service and support.

my installer was Guillermo and he did an excellent job on my new garage door. He was a perfectionist and I definitely would use him and Pro Lift again.

One of the panels had a crease in it , they were to backorder and replace in 3 weeks. It was not ordered and now I'm waiting another 3 weeks.

I was prepared to have my garage door replaced but he solved the problem with a quick fix. Saved me loads of money. $$

ProLift was very prompt after our garage stopped operating. It was Christmas weekend of 2023 and they scheduled a free estimate for the day after Christmas. They were able to come out 2 days later to install the new doors. They were very courteous. What really set them apart was when prompted about cost they provided both a retro-fit option and not just a new install. The other competitor only offered the new option. We appreciated this very much. Ultimately we decided on the new door option.

Ray is very knowledgeable and very helpful. He make sure to show 3 options to get the job done. I choose what he recommended. He gets the job done.
