I guess it was fine.  I don't remember.  It was my old house. 

Very nice technician and professional.

He misunderstood the problem during the first visit; I had a stopped up kitchen drain. He couldn't fix the problem that day. He was supposed to come on Saturday, but he called me that day and asked if he could reschedule for Sunday -- which he did. He unclogged the drain but said I'd have to pay him $75 since he had to rent a piece of equipment; he didn't tell me about the additional fee ahead of time. Also, since he had some additional time left, I paid him for some faucet replacements as he said he'd come back and finish -- but he never came back and finished the work.

One had no water pressure and one was leaking.  He fixed both.

he took forever to respond - I had to hunt him down after paying for the service on angies list.  Don't use the company

Very professional, yet friendly.  He explained what he was doing and also had a couple of stories to tell of his experiences that were hilarious.  I have recommended him to my friends and will be calling him again to replace some parts in our bath tub faucets.

I used Bond Plumbing twice to install water heaters in my home. Both times he was responsive and his prices seemed reasonable. He seemed like a very nice guy, trustworthy. Unfortunately, while he was installing the second water heater the individual assisting him fell through my ceiling. Duane told me to get it fixed and send him the bill. I want to be clear, my issue is not that he put a hole in my ceiling, accidents happen. My issue is, after is got the hole repaired I tried contacting him for reimbursement. I have tried contacting him more than 5 times and he has yet to respond and therefore I have yet to be reimbursed the $350 it cost to repair the damage. He seemed like such a responsible guy, I am very disappointed to find out he doesn't take accountability for his work.

Provider was a little late due to Austin traffic. Called to notify. He arrived installed a sink we bought. Glad that I did not try do it myself because he had to trim the cabinet to fit it in. No major snags. He cleaned up well and gave advice on another job that needed done. He would have done that too but additional materials were needed.

Duane was very frustrating to work with and did an incredibly poor job with workmanship on a bathroom remodel .  He bid the job and then started the work but after one day became MIA.  He showed up whenever he could merge me in-between bigger jobs he was working on and would spend a short amount of time doing a small portion of the task, making a mess and then taking off with unfinished work.  He didn't return calls, he was unavailable to do the work when scheduled, he wouldn't communicate about the work or to coordinate times.  He also failed to finish the job in a very urgent 1-bath home situation.  He quit on a Friday because he wanted more money even though he had not done the work.  Our agreement was 1/2 up front and 1/2 on completion but he wanted 3/4 long before the job was 3/4 complete.  He did not vent the tub propertly or add a peetrap so there are complications to the installation that will be extremely costly to repair as the house is in a slab foundation and has already been torn out and repaired once.  It was apparent that he did not respect the small customer as his contractors took priority and even though he bid the job and promised to complete it by the critical move in date - he failed to do it.  He failed to take care of the issues, he failed to do a good job on what was completed and he filed to complete the work.  It was disappointing, stressful and a has caused a huge problem.  I wouldn't trust this plumber if its more than a one stop need because getting him back to your place will be a trick.

I had them replace my toilet seat and replace a few valves.  It went pretty well overall!  There were a few other fees for the parts, but it was reasonable.  I would like to see the Deals be a little more straightforward with pricing and less hidden fees.  Now they were very flexible with scheduling and I would use them again if needed.  It took him right at 2 hours to do the work.

I purchased an Angies deal for two hours of plumbing labor for $99. One of the original toilets I had replaced was wobbly and I had been unable to tighten it down.   When he removed it, he showed me it was a broken flange that was the problem.  He had to leave and get a deep brass toilet flange.  When he came back, he soldered the flange to the lead drain which solved the flange problem.   The deep brass flange and solder he provided was $20.  It took him about 2.5 hours which included him going and getting the flange.  After installing the toilets and seats and caulking the stool bottom on the floor, he tested each one and set the tank water levels.  He cleaned up after himself and took the old stools with him which saved me from needing to dispose of them.  I am very pleased with his work and would definitely use him again.
