After emailing with Titan Auto Glass a few times, I was very impressed with their customer service. They couldn't get the glass either at first, but these guys kept an eye out for the glass I needed and kept in touch. The first time they saw the glass available, it was still kind of expensive so I held off a bit longer. Imagine my surprise when I got another random email from them a few weeks later letting me know that the price had dropped significantly on the glass I needed. I finally jumped on it and they got the whole thing turned around in record time. While you can get glass from many places, the great and continuing customer service they showed was the reason they got my business. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else looking for great service. I didnt know until this year when the door needed to be adjusted that it was subcontracted to a company called Creekside Mirror and Glass. When i called rebath for service they told me to call Creekside since they originally did the work and should warranty the work. The lady quoted me a fee of $125.00 to adjust the door. I assumed that once she was told that they spent all of 10 minutes (if that long) to adjust the door it would be adjusted down accordingly to the time/labor spent. BOY WAS I WRONG. They charged me $12/Minute to adjust a door that they originally put in for Rebath. VERY EXPENSIVE COMPANY. Gentlemen did arrive on time, work was done quickly and looked good when they were done my only complaint was it COST AN ARM AND A LEG to have one guy with an electric screwdriver adjust the door. Never saw the other guy do much more than stand around and watch. It was a two guy team, and they had to drive from their offices, so i am told that is what it cost. WOW. They had a rep come out that afternoon to give me an estimate for the window as well as for a piece of glass for a dining table. The estimator was friendly and courteous, though I did feel the price was a little on the high side for both items. However, they did honor the Angie's List $25 credit. The estimator also took the time to tape up the window on the inside and outside because I was concerned about the glass falling if my children slammed the door, as they often do. It took approximately a week for the new window glass and table top glass to be delivered and installed. There was a slight problem with the tabletop glass not being cut correctly, but the window was installed quickly and professionally. The gentlemen who performed the installation also took the time to carefully measure the tabletop again as well as sketch a diagram using contractor's paper. The new glass was cut and delivered in less than a week. Each time, the company only collected one half of the balance due until the final corrected tabletop glass was delivered and installed to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with Glass Doctor's services and will definitely use them again. In July 2012 my husband and I visited Barco's Mirror and Glass showroom and splurged on a beautifully framed mirror for our master bathroom, which we were planning to conservatively remodel. The displayed mirror was the exact size needed to replace the existing frameless mirror. Barco Mirror and Glass agreed to store the framed mirror until it was ready to install. We were also very interested in selecting a new shower door to be installed at the same time.
My husband lost his job in August 2012 and we immediately started to downsize our expenses, which included the master bath remodeling. That same day he reluctantly drove to Barco Mirror and Glass to ask if they would credit back the amount on our MasterCard. (Please note that the FRAMED mirror was a display piece and not a CUSTOM order.)
Without hesitation, the Sales Associate, took the MasterCard, credited our account and offered her sincere condolences on the job loss. No questions…no approval was needed. It was a tremendous relief for us to have the additional $400 credited on our MasterCard account.
The past 4 years have been very difficult for us in many ways, but Barco’s response brought us some monetary relief as well as belief in their excellent customer service.
We hope in the future to remodel the master bathroom and will again visit Barco Mirror and Glass.

I had priced these items with different contractors and this company was in the middle. They returned my calls, (not all of them did) listened, and had professional advice. It has been about six months and thanks to the glass coating on the shower door I still only wipe it down about once a month to polish off the spots. Sooo easy. Especially when compared to the 20 year old glass I couldn't keep polished. I spoke with someone else about the finish and she said hers is over 10 years old and sill just as easy to care for. Yea. FAQs for glass and mirror service projects in Granbury, TX
The cost to repair a window is $400 on average, with prices ranging from $75 to $1,500, depending on the window size, the broken part, and the window type. Broken glass and window frames are typically the most expensive window repairs, while minor fixes like repairing the track, seal, and sash are more affordable.
Other cost factors include:
Number of panes
Window material
Accessibility
Labor costs
Emergency window repair
Stained glass window repairs cost about $300 on average. Typical prices range from $65 to $800, depending on the size, location, repairs needed, and whether you need to fully or partially replace the window. Full stained glass window replacements can cost $700 to $5,000per panel.
The repair type also impacts repair costs:
Crack: $100–$300
Faded glass: $100–$300
Regrouting: $200–$500
Cement replacement: $200–$500
New window frame: $200–$500
Cleaning: $300–$600
Resoldering joints: $500–$1,500
Replacing reinforcing bars: $700–$3,000
Yes, you can repair a damaged or cracked mirror with a repair kit. However, DIY mirror repairs are best suited for minor cracks and chips in the glass, whereas you may need to hire a glass repair contractor to fix a large, valuable mirror with extensive damage. To repair minor glass issues, use a resin-based repair kit and be sure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions for best results. You can also remove scratches from glass with metal polish, nail polish, baking soda, or glass polisher.
For most common repairs, a professional window repair service can fix a window in one to three hours. However, replacing window frames or repairing a large, multi-pane window will likely take longer to complete. For comparison, a window installation or repair professional should be able to replace up to 15 windows per day.
The type of window repairs required significantly impacts the project cost. It’s always best to hire a local window repair company for this kind of work.
The most common window parts that need repair include:
Broken seal or fogginess between panes: $70–$245
Cracked pane: $40–$100
Broken glass: $200–$2,000
Sash, seal, or track: $200–$600
Latch or hardware: $75–$200
