Everything went perfect and smooth..  Very quick work and very friendly and professional.  Arrived on time, replace the windshield very quickly.  I highly recommend them for windshield replacement..  We like them so well that we called them two days later to replace another windshield on a different vehicle.

Teese guys are the best.  
They are family owned and give a great personal touch.  I couldn't be happier with their service.  Their price was spot on and they replaced the glass as promised and on time.  When this happened I had no idea what to expect or who to call.  Thank goodness I was steered in the right direction.  I will be back (if I encounter another disaster) and recommend them to anyone looking for Auto Glass Service!

Early 2014 I got a huge rock chip while still living in IL and had my windshield replaced up there.  After moving to the North Plano area,  my rear view mirror came off the windshield one day while my car was parked.  I went to several places in area to see if they could glue it back on, but every place told me I needed a new windshield.  I spoke with my previous auto glass place in IL and they recommended Richardson Auto Glass. 
Richardson Auto Glass inspected my rear view mirror issue and also suggested I needed a new windshield installed.  They were very polite and were able to schedule me in for the following day.  The next day I arrived early and they were able to start right away.  All staff was friendly and the wait was reasonable.  I cannot comment on price because my previous glass company paid for my new windshield.

My windshield was improperly installed after an accident and apparently was allowing moisture into my cars computer center.   My dealer discovered the problem when repairing the computer and recommended Richardson's.   I called them and was given 3 possible scenarios with pricing based on the problem I described.   I made an appointment and went to the shop the following week.   The staff was very attentive and friendly.  The technician showed me the problem and made sure I understood what they were doing during the entire process.   They were able to remove my windshield without breaking it and re-sealing and replaced it in under 2.5 hours. (less than the quoted time frame)  The charge was exactly what I was quoted.  The shop and waiting area were spotless.  I was very impressed.      I would definitely use and recommend  them in the future.

I had just gotten a 2013 Pathfinder and a rock cracked my windshield. I hadn't even made the first payment yet! I took it in to Richardson Auto Glass on recommendation from the Nissan dealer. They patiently went over all of my options for repair vs. replacing my windshield as well as explained how a repair would look. My insurance was pushing for repair but I didn't want to see the damage every time I looked through the glass so I opted for a new windshield. They had to special order the glass since it was a new model but it came in quickly. I dropped my car off and in about 2 hours it was good as new!

They came when promised and did a great job.

The workmen were prompt and courteous.  They replaced the windshield glass quickly, and the quality of work was excellent.  The price was inexpensive and we would definitely use this company again.

Called for estimate, received quote, the repair was done sooner than was expected and quality was excellent.

My husband was driving and something big hit the car and bounced into the windshield. He thought it was a rock, but it based in the entire passenger side and left a hole. I called several glass places for mobile windshield replacement. I did not think it would be safe to drive the car for the repair. It actually looked like a pole went through the window. Richardson Auto Glass was the mid-range price of the 3 vendors we called. The were able to be at our residence about 3 hours after I called. Their response was quick and they automatically applied a discount they had running that I was not aware. They say they offer free mobile service, but be aware they do charge a $5 fuel charge...which I found reasonable. Cathy answered the phone and told me about their product and gave the total amount of the cost. I would definitely use them again for their prompt response and capable technicians.

I HAD A FORD F-150 TRUCK CAB BACK WINDOW BROKEN BY VANDALS.   MY SON, WHO HAD  USED RICHARDSON AUTO GLASS FOR HIS VEHICLES, SUGGESTED I TRY THEM. I FOUND OUT THEY WERE ON ANGIE'S LIST AND SO I WAS ALSO GIVEN A DISCOUNT FOR BEING A MEMBER.  THEY GOT ME SCHEDULED, CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE AND REPLACED THE WINDOW IN MY TRUCK.  THE TECH, JAMES, WAS ON TIME, COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE .  HE EVEN CLEANED UP THE MANY BROKEN SHARDS OF GLASS INSIDE THE TRUCK AND FROM THE BED, AS WELL.  NO PROBLEMS WITH THE  WINDOW LEAKING WATER OR WIND.  GOOD JOB!!
