Excellent. Mark and his assistant Mike conducted themselves professionally through the entire process, from estimate to install. Mark is very experienced and meticulous about his work. When he arrived to measure for the estimate, he provided some ideas that made the look better and my wife happier with the project. He arrived when he said he was going to arrive and provided realistic expectations on the timeframe for the install. When compared to the other company that was in the running for the project, Gemini Glass and Mirror beat them in every category. I can't imagine someone going with Gemini Glass and Mirror being disappointed.

They built a solid glass shower enclosure and it is beautiful it looks very up to date.

Mark was meticulous from start to finish. He took ample time to measure so the finished glass was exact in every way.  He showed us options for hinges and door handles, with photos from other jobs to make it easy to decide on what we wanted.  He provided a bid the very next day. 

Glass was installed a little more than a week after we approved the bid. We told him we had company coming the following week and he went out of his way to accommodate us, doing the install in the evening so the shower would be ready in time. He does the work himself and truly takes pride in getting it right. The finished shower is a work of art. Glass, hinges, corner edges...everything lined up perfectly and he made sure it did. He was a stickler for accuracy and it shows. 

We are VERY pleased with our new shower. It looks wonderful and the quality of the installation couldn't be better.  We would not hesitate to use Gemini again and highly recommend Mark for his excellent work and service. 

Mark was recommended by the contractor we hired to refurbish our master bathroom shower.  He came by and measured for job and sent me an estimate shortly after.  He was talked with me about my options and sent me a picture of a similar job he had done so I could see what it would look like.  While we waited for the glass to come in after it was cut to precise measurements, Mark kept me informed of progress.  Mark did a great job with the installation and we are very, very happy with our new shower.  He was very obviously committed to doing excellent work and it shows in the results.

Before contracting with Mark I had 3 other bids, each bid took less than 10 minutes. Mark came out and spent at least 45 minutes measuring and checking levels before pricing the job. I was sold before he gave me the price. This company is old school, Mark does the work himself and treats it like he was working in his own home. When finished with the installation he noticed and pointed out a small scratch on the door, he ordered another and replaced it without hesitation. Their word is their bond, they have a customer for life.

The installation of two  3/8"  thick frameless glass shower enclosures with quality hardware and protective glass coating with a 10 year warranty in my newly remodeled bathrooms went very well and met all my expectations. Mark, the owner, arrived promptly at my house to discuss my needs and gave me ideas to consider concerning options and costs without any pressure or up-selling.  We designed my enclosures together so that my needs and expectations would be met. His measurements and installation were meticulous and precise and overall the work was done in a very timely and professional manner. The end results were beautiful.
I would not hesitate to use Gemini Glass and Mirror again and recommend them highly.

Gemini Glass and Mirror is awesome.  All appointments were kept and these guys showed up when they said they would ( a rarity these days).  We had some delays that were weather related.  The glass manufacturer is in the same metroplex (DFW) and a spate of ice storms delayed the production and delivery.  Mark Kemp from Gemini Glass was excellent in relaying to us that delays might be possible, when delays were confirmed, and when he knew for sure that he'd have the glass and could install.  We were never left wondering.

On install day, they showed up (on time, of course) and completed the install in the time frame they'd estimated.  Afterwards, they made sure that they'd cleaned up all traces of the install.

It looks wonderful and Mark had already entered our warranty information for the glass coating, we just had to activate it.

I'd recommend Gemini Glass and Mirror to anyone, and will use them the next time I have a need for their services.

They come out and do it more reasonably than anybody else. Everybody else wanted to charge more and he charged less and he is really good. Everybody else wanted to charge $1600 and I believe he charged $1300 for me and less for my daughter. In the first one, he came and installed it himself, but the second one he had a commitment and his men installed it and they were equally as good. He came out and measured carefully. I called Triple A Glass 2 or 3 times and they never even bothered to come out. They told me on the phone it probably would be $1600. I gave them dimensions on the phone. Kindred told me $1600 and Gemini was $1300. With my daughter, I didn't get another estimate because I like them. I had such good luck with him.

Mark is very courteous and professional.  He takes a lot of time to discuss options and make sure you are getting what you want. He does the work himself (at least on my job) and he takes his time and is a perfectionist.  I do a lot of remodeling myself and am somewhat of a perfectionist and very seldom am I completely satisfied with contractor work these days.  I refuse to hire out much of anything as a result.  Mark's work was impeccable.  This was a large frameless installation with very little margin for error and it turned out stunning.  Mark is not the cheapest but I highly recommend him particularly if you are doing high end design.

Work was excellent. He even recommended and coordinated with a marble contractor because of some marble work that needed to be completed as a result of the change.

Mark and his helper did a excellent job, exactly what we wanted. They did not rush and were very careful around all of our other new Master Bath Room improvements. When we show friends, they all mention and quot;that's a really nice shower enclosure, who did thatand quot;. Mark, Thank You.

The installation went great. Mark and Mike were prompt, professional, and thorough.

It went great. The shower is exactly what we wanted. The owner responded immediately to my initial phone call. I sent approximate dimensions and sketchy drawing of the tiled shower area. He gave me an immediate approximate estimate
of the cost, which was more reasonable than 2 others I had gotten from other Angie's List contractors. When he came to measure, he did not try to raise the cost or sell me more than I wanted. One of the most impressive aspects of the whole project was that the owner came and measured the area himself, gave me an installation date, and along with a helper, installed the shower himself in a timely fashion. So often the owner/ contractor appears once, never to be seen again. Not so this time. We would highly recommend Gemini Glass and Mirror to anyone.

Larry had just finished overseeing the installation of our new and quot;masterand quot; bath shower, with which we are very pleased. As I mentioned above, Mark took the time to explain everything he was measuring and what he would be doing to custom fit the glass to our shower. He explained how he could cut out a notch to fit the lip of the bench/shelf that was have in the back of the stand-up shower. He provided me with many options and was upfront telling me what he felt was needed and what would look nice in order to keep the costs down as much as possible. Now that it's installed, it looks very nice, and is the fanciest looking shower I've ever showered in.
Mark provided us with some nice sealant and instructions for taking care of the glass, and it works very nicely. It essentially works like rain-x, but for your shower glass instead of your windshield. This helps prevent water stains and helps the glass stay looking nice for a longer period of time. Mark was able to take measurements and do the installation despite the constant pestering of my small children who thought he was good entertainment while he was here. He did a great job and was very nice to me and my family.

Mark came out and provided all the options, with estimates. We selected the one that worked for us and it was installed professionally and fully on schedule. I would use Mark and Gemini again in a heartbeat. Great experience.

Mark came out and went over all our options of frameless, semi-framed, and framed glass doors. We liked the semi-frameless and chose those. He used the same handles that he uses on his frameless doors, which gave the door a really nice appearance. He then proceeded to measure the space where we wanted the door placed. After that he informed us it would take a week to make the glass enclosure and set up a day to install before he left. The price was very competively priced and we made payment once the door was in place. On the appointed day Mark came out and installed the door enclosure. Mark answered all our questions with a professional attitude and was very friendly. We would definitely have Mark back for any work we may need in the future and would recommend him since we are very pleased with the results of his work.

Working with Gemini Glass, and it's owner Mark, was really one of the best experience I have had in a while in regards to service providers.
Gemini was recommended by the company that repaired my master showers.
Mark was very responsive to my call for an estimate. He was punctual and provided and estimate on site.
Mark spent a good amount of time consulting with me regarding various styles and options available. He also spent a lot of time with his measurements, so as to have the glass ordered correctly.
After about a week, the glass was ready and Mark immediately confirmed an appointment to install the shower enclosure.
The finished product was exactly what I had envisioned and I am beyond happy with the work.
On a side not, Mark is a GREAT guy...very personable and just a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend his company to anyone, anytime!

He was outstanding, responsive, prompt, informative, and conscientious. The whole experience with him was great. He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. That's difficult to find here in Texas!
