"We had sinking concrete both in our sidewalk and driveway panel next to the garage apron. We hired Baird to do the repairs, including also sealing all of the driveway expansion joints. "The job went very well.  They took their time, came in and checked to see if things were indeed level at different times.  I was very pleased with their work.  The rains this year had done a number under my house.  Mr. Wise and his crew added a beam where there had never been one, and it was definitely needed.  My house had an obvious dip in it that is now gone.  And put another beam where the crew I'd used years ago had used untreated wood as a temporary fix until they could get out of the yard.  I'd been given an estimate by another company that was almost three times what Mr. Wise bid for the job.  And it did not include the beam under the front of the house.  Mr. Wise and his crew have a great reputation and they've earned it.  I will definitely use them again.

"Fernando, his son Frankie, and Jeb Kraft (substituting for a vacationing crew member) were excellent. Their experience, work ethic, and attitude were outstanding. Every issue that arose as they repaired work another company did several years ago was solved by Fernando. He always provided several options and we selected the best one for the situation. Because Fernando hand-dug the needed holes and trenches he had no problem when he encountered the main electric line several feet from where 811 had marked it."

After contacting numerous other "foundation experts", Willie provided the best plan and backed it up with his overall knowledge and certification/training in basement/foundation repair. He and his team do great work and take no short-cuts when it comes to the overall quality of the work. He also was very flexible when other requests were made and he gladly accommodated. He has a passion for his business, customers and takes great pride in his work. The basement and porch are now fixed and look great.
