He called 10 mins later to confirm and 30 mins after that, the doorbell rang! He showed up wearing a mask and had even stepped back to a safe social distance!! They told me what they would do like balancing the new heater and the one that was there, getting permits and arranging for an inspection from the city for example. They did what they said, friendly and respectful; took pride in their work and cleaned up after themselves. They charged me exactly what they estimated. The owner, employs his sons-in-law.
