Falcon 5 Contractors

This is the worst company I've ever had dealings with. Didnt answer when I called so I went on to the next company. I get a call back from a tech saying he is in the area and can swing by and knock it out for me. Cool. Guy gets here. Tugs on the valve with a pair of pliers for a min. Cuts a hole in my wall so he can see the valve then tells me the cartridge is stuck and the valve is old and obsolete and he will have to replace the valve bringing my bill from the 250 he quoted me to 480. I was unhappy but I needed the water fixed so I said ok. He says he has a job to do in whitney about 20 min from me that he will do that, get the new valve and be back in an hour. Guy comes back an hour and a half later with the wrong part. Tells me he accidentally picked up the wrong box and now he doesn't have time to go swap it and complete the job. He leaves, hole cut in my shower wall, dust and trash from the cutting all in my tub and on the floor, and the faucet leaking worse than it was before

They were on time, very professional and knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue, gave a few suggestions on the best way to remedy my issue , stayed with exactly as quoted, I would highly recommend them to everyone

I came home on a Thursday after work to my home being 90°, I called Falcon 5 because this company HAD a 5star rating. I actually read the comments made. I felt confident that this would be a good company to work with. My home warranty just ran out and we are short on funds at the moment - it happens. The guy, Joe, told me he would come out that same day but that he was coming from north fort worth. It took this guy 4 hours to get to my house, no big deal, he came and charged me an "emergency visit" assessment fee, 189$. He was nice enough to wait till the next day for us to make the payment. We made it. I asked if there were financing options he said yes. We waited till the following Monday, heard nothing. Tuesday nothing. We kept in touch with him thru text, emails and phone calls. Nothing. He kept blaming his financial people. We wait the whole rest of the week. Nothing, and he is ignoring our calls, texts and emails. Finally that Friday (more than a week later) they say thru an email that we will get our finance quote by Monday. Monday morning it's just another assessment where they've written that we could pay 1791$ down and the rest when work is completed. THAT IS NOT FINANCING! That is a split payment. I explain that through another email and they said that is how they ALWAYS do business. If that is how they ALWAYS do it, why couldn't they be upfront and say that? Why make me wait an excruciatingly long and hot week before I found this out? I could have gone with someone that was actually WILLING TO FINANCE and take payments!

More professional than Iâ ve dealt with in years! Communicated everything and followed through as stated. Provided future option which we went ahead with as they were already there and it would be financially a little lower fee. They were completely fair with the outcome. They left the work area cleaner than they found it :)
