We appreciated his responsiveness and we felt at ease knowing he was handling all the details. I am a stay at home mom and having workers in your home for two days is never fun, but Lance made sure they were inside minimally making my experience better. Lance was also responsive to my call after the job and he has some slight repairs to make because of the natural wear and tear process on a section of our ceiling. He is coming next week to complete repairs.
