Tile and Grout Solutions was the only company to respond other than with an identical paragraph telling me it's so much a sq ft (leaving me to figure it out) and that they don't move china cabinets or electronics. Joseph Maxwell scheduled a visit, gave me a quote, and best of all, did a demonstration of how my floor will look after cleaning. My tile has been down about 10 years and needs cleaning badly after a bunch of cats and dogs. I was very impressed with his demonstration showing how great my floor will look. My sweet landlady removed the stick-on laminate flooring from the bathroom floor, revealing a beautiful ceramic tile underneath. She used Goo Gone, a scraper, and some kind of other cleaner to remove the adhesive. Oh Lordy, what a mess. There was not only sticky residue from the adhesive, but also oily residue from the Goo Gone! I tried, but couldn't get it off. Enter Joe and Tile & Grout Solutions! He applied a commercial-grade, professional stripper product first, followed by a cleaner on the ceramic tile. He mopped it and blew it dry, and it is now clean, fresh, and really gorgeous. PLUS, his price was reasonable for the work he did. I recommend Joe and Tile & Grout Solutions. He may be the solution to YOUR problems, too."

"The installers were exceptional and the end results were great. The sales man went on vacation shortly after we paid for the hardwoods and installation and turned us over to someone in house who didn't always respond to my calls promptly. Regarding the carpet pad we wish we had picked a more premium higher grade pad but the salesman acted as if the medium grade would be cushy and it's not as plush as we prefer and gladly would have paid more for the plush pad. I would grade both the carpet installers and the hardwood installers an A and the salesman and front office a B - ."
