Instead, we ended up with a sales representative (Tara) who turned the visit into an hours-long, extremely pushy sales pitch. She would not take “no” for an answer, ignored my repeated requests to wrap things up, and even told me she would wait at my dining room table until my husband (who had excused himself to take a shower to escape the presentation) came back. I had to firmly ask her to leave multiple times before she finally left — it was incredibly stressful and completely unprofessional. No homeowner should feel pressured or trapped in their own home by a salesperson. This experience has ensured that we will never purchase from this company, and we will warn others to avoid them as well. I am reporting this incident to the BBB, Yelp, Google and other consumer complaint platforms so that other families are aware of these aggressive tactics."

"I would give zero stars if I could. They are completely incompetent. We hired them to install a set of french doors to my backyard. They couldn't get the door to close properly, and the French doors were scraping against each other when closing. They claimed the issue was a faulty hinge and that they needed to order a replacement. I emailed them multiple times for updates, and getting a response was like pulling teeth. They consistently postponed the repair date. When they finally returned to fix it, THREE MONTHS LATER, they discovered the problem wasn't the hinge at all, but rather a protruding screw. They didn't even use the replacement hinge; they simply replaced the screw. As a result, I had a non-functioning door for three months. Furthermore, we provided them with the specifications of the hardware we were going to order. They initially advised that a single dummy handle would suffice for the non-locking door, but it actually required a passage handle. However, when they realized the single dummy handle wouldn't work, they told us to order a double dummy handle, before they realized it needed a passage. Now, I have two extra sets of wasted hardware. I can't return them because their prolonged delay in installing the door caused the return period to expire. I also don't know what kind of discount door they got, but the handle is extremely low, only 30 inches above the ground. When I looked it up, door handles are usually 36 inches above the floor. They are terrible"

"I hired Alex for foundation repairs, paid $12,121.21 on January 23, 2025, and the job was supposed to start in February. He dug large holes around my home—and never returned. It’s been 5 months with no confirmed start date. Alex also said I needed gutters and windows, so I paid him an additional $8,855.06 on February 20. That work hasn’t started either because it depends on the foundation being finished. Now I’m unable to move forward with critical electrical, HVAC, and plumbing repairs. "THE WHOLE JOB WAS AMAZING!! THANKS!! We had been wanting to get new windows for years, but the prices were ridiculous. Then Rick called, we agreed to let him come out and give us a price. We were skeptical when he quoted us a price, we had to ask twice about it being the full cost. We have a log home so the main thing was that we could keep our inside and outside trim, all the other companies said it would have to be replaced with their product. And again, the price was so much less than any of the others we had priced. Then came the installation, the crew he sent out was amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. With a log home things are a little different and they made sure that everything was just right. Everything cleaned up when the left. The real test came this winter, with our old windows wind came in all around them. No problem this winter no wind, nice and cozy. "
