"I entered into an agreement with Adam to install an irrigation system and sod at my home. We agreed to a lump sum for both jobs, with me paying his requested amount for the irrigation system and the remainder to be paid when the sod was installed. The irrigation system was installed and that work paid for, but the morning that the sod work was scheduled to be done, I received a text from Adam saying that he was cancelling the work because he had thought about it and decided that I was not paying him enough for the work. It seems to me like Adam agreed to sod installation (which was a good price) to win my business for the irrigation system (which was market price). This is bad business and a bad way to treat people, especially customers."

"After spending $40k+ on a complete irrigation system, landscaping (grass and plants) and hardscape we ask Sean to come back to finish the project and add some additional irrigation. He came by as promised, took notes on what we wanted, which was minor compared to the work he had already done, and said he would get back to us. Never heard from him again. He has NEVER followed-up on the original job to ensure everything was working. Some of the plants he installed died, he said he would take of that. Never heard from him again. This was not the first time we used this company, but I would never recommend them or would I ever hire this company again. E-mailed several times early on to find out what was happening, NO response ever. Very disappointed in a company we thought was reliable and trustworthy."

"First off, WE cannot thank Chris and team enough for the level of work they put into our yard! It was a difference maker! The level of customer service these guys deliver is really special. There are many "like" companies, and they all have their busy schedules and skills, but Chris and Neptune just stood out well above everyone else. It started with the quote. He arrived on time and prepared, and had the quote done the next day. Once we scheduled the job he was on time and managed the job personally. Our job was quite complicated to include water pressure issues, and we could not be happier with the completed project! You just don't expect this level of customer service from companies like this, at least we didn't, and what a refreshing surprise to know that company's like Chris' DO exist. The old addadge that customer service matters is so important, because "word of mouth" advertizing can be so powerful. Chris can count on us to share our story! "Do not hire, this is a man will take your money and do nothing to earn it. I asked him to paint my walls white,he painted them blue. I asked him to hang up a TV. He hung it up sloppy. I asked him to change the plug outlets, he didn’t even check to see if they worked before leaving and of course, 90% of them did not work anymore. He changed my light fixtures created new holes and left cracks all through the drywall where my lights were initially at. I’m not mad at the workers. I’m mad at him because if he was a better leader and did better they would do better. He even lied about having to sand down a wall before painting over it. As the job was close to being “done.” I called him and his workers called him and he was three hours late picking them up. I felt so bad I gave them something to eat and drink because it was past dinner time. When he came and finally picked them up. It looks like he was dressed for the club, which explains his priorities. I called to ask when he’d come over to fix every he messed up and re replied say “tomorrow at 2pm”. He was a no call no show even til this day. I painted my own walls that came out white, I fixed my plug outlets that now work. I had to hire someone to properly hang my TV up and fix the drywall that he also messed up.I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE IT!"

"We had Corbin over to give us an estimate on some general home maintenance items, & found out he could lay a foundation for & assemble the shed we had purchased. We also asked him to shingle the roof for us & a couple other projects we wanted to complete. He suggestions, quality of work & productivity is great. We will most likely as for his help in the near future. Definitely five stars+!"
