During the biding process we will take the time to listen to your needs and concerns and come up with the best solution to irrigate your lawn in the most efficient fashion. We use only the best products available for residential sprinkler systems. Hunter and Rainbird are the only brands we use. Through my 16 years of experience I have found that these brands are by far the best, with the least amount of problems. Although there is only a 3 year manufactures warranty on these parts, I have found that these brands will last far beyond the warranty period. There are many "like" companies, and they all have their busy schedules and skills, but Chris and Neptune just stood out well above everyone else. It started with the quote. He arrived on time and prepared, and had the quote done the next day. Once we scheduled the job he was on time and managed the job personally. Our job was quite complicated to include water pressure issues, and we could not be happier with the completed project! You just don't expect this level of customer service from companies like this, at least we didn't, and what a refreshing surprise to know that company's like Chris' DO exist. The old addadge that customer service matters is so important, because "word of mouth" advertizing can be so powerful. Chris can count on us to share our story! "Do not hire, this is a man will take your money and do nothing to earn it. I asked him to paint my walls white,he painted them blue. I asked him to hang up a TV. He hung it up sloppy. I asked him to change the plug outlets, he didn’t even check to see if they worked before leaving and of course, 90% of them did not work anymore. He changed my light fixtures created new holes and left cracks all through the drywall where my lights were initially at. I’m not mad at the workers. I’m mad at him because if he was a better leader and did better they would do better. He even lied about having to sand down a wall before painting over it. As the job was close to being “done.” I called him and his workers called him and he was three hours late picking them up. I felt so bad I gave them something to eat and drink because it was past dinner time. When he came and finally picked them up. It looks like he was dressed for the club, which explains his priorities. I called to ask when he’d come over to fix every he messed up and re replied say “tomorrow at 2pm”. He was a no call no show even til this day. I painted my own walls that came out white, I fixed my plug outlets that now work. I had to hire someone to properly hang my TV up and fix the drywall that he also messed up.I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE IT!"

He came by as promised, took notes on what we wanted, which was minor compared to the work he had already done, and said he would get back to us. Never heard from him again. He has NEVER followed-up on the original job to ensure everything was working. Some of the plants he installed died, he said he would take of that. Never heard from him again. This was not the first time we used this company, but I would never recommend them or would I ever hire this company again. E-mailed several times early on to find out what was happening, NO response ever. Very disappointed in a company we thought was reliable and trustworthy."
