Small jobs welcome

"5 stars I'm glad Mike's back. He came and replaced the fencing that was blown down in a storm last year and added the gate I've been wanting and they look Great! I had Mike Lee come back a couple of weeks later to design and put in a beautiful 30? x 15? free form flower bed that would break up my yard a little for entertaining. He did a good job of making it easy to maintain too. Thanks Mike."

"The young man was very professional, and pleasant to work with. He did everything to my satisfaction before leaving. I had a cheaper rate quoted before from another company, but was unable to find them listed. This company's price was twice the amount the other company quoted. I should have agreed on the price before hiring him. He did very nice work, so I was just glad he came and did it on a Sunday, which was unexpected."

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

After completing pool and spa service, always re-test your water chemistry within 72 hours, especially following heavy coastal rain or storm surge. Verify that all safety barriers and self-latching gates function properly to meet TX safety requirements. Document the completed work with photos and invoices for your insurance records. Finally, ensure a local inspector signs off on any permitted electrical or structural repairs in Galveston.

Helpful?

Watch out for contractors who suggest skipping required city permits for structural or electrical pool and spa service in Galveston. Avoid quotes that lack specific plans for managing salt air corrosion or post-storm debris removal. You should also verify that the professional carries adequate liability insurance for coastal work. Finally, ensure any electrical repairs are handled by a certified electrician to meet TX safety standards.

Helpful?

Short-term benefits of pool and spa service include maintaining safe water quality during the intense summer heat and securing loose equipment before storm season arrives. Over the long term, routine maintenance prevents severe salt air corrosion on metal components. Professional care also protects your property value and catches cracks caused by shifting sandy soils, ensuring your Galveston investment lasts for years across the TX coast.

Helpful?

Build your pool and spa service routine around Galveston weather patterns. In spring, check filters for pollen clogs and balance water chemistry. During summer, inspect metal components for salt air corrosion and secure loose equipment before hurricane season. In winter, insulate exposed pipes to prevent damage from occasional Texas cold snaps. A licensed professional will help ensure your system stays in top shape year-round.

Helpful?

Ongoing pool and spa service requires frequent water chemistry testing to combat heavy rainfall and intense UV exposure. You must clean filters regularly to manage high spring pollen and summer algae. Inspect metal handrails and lighting fixtures often to prevent salt air corrosion. Additionally, seal any deck cracks caused by shifting sandy soil to keep your Galveston property safe and compliant with TX barrier laws.
