"Danny and Trevor were here when they said they would be and if they couldn't make it Danny would let me know. They completed all the work in a timely manner and added a few ideas that were a great help. I will not hesitate to hire them again."

"They were very nice, but I was not completely satisfied with the work on this project. I will upload a few photos. My TV console had quite a bit of damage done to it during the assembly process. This job needed two people for assembly."

"Awesome! I had two other companies come out and tell me everything needed to be replaced ($1900 and $2900 estimates were given along with days of work). Tommy came out and said everything could be repaired for $800! He sent me the written estimate and everything was done accordingly! It looks brand new and it only took about 6-7 hours. I highly recommend Tommy and his son!"

"I bought a sewing table / cabinet, and when I brought it in my husband and I were completely overwhelmed by the instructions and pieces. It would've taken us all day to put it together. So I checked Angi and found this company. They sent Jordan, who did an excellent job. My husband is very skeptical when we hire anyone for anything, and he said we will call them again to get some things fixed around the house. We definitely recommend!"

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

Pavers are a great decking option for pools. They’re customizable, come in a variety of shapes, sizes, colors, textures, materials, and price points, and they’re slip-resistant. Concrete pool decks, on the other hand, are harder to repair and replace if damaged and aren’t as slip-resistant as most paver materials. However, not all pavers are equal in terms of durability, maintenance, and performance. Pavers also have their own cons that may encourage homeowners to opt for stamped concrete instead, such as higher upfront costs.

Filter balls don’t work as well as sand filters because they’re unable to handle large debris, are prone to clogging, and require frequent cleaning. While they can seem more convenient and less expensive than sand filters, most need to be removed and washed regularly, or they won’t filter well and struggle with algae and dirt. Speak with your pool maintenance pro about the best filtration option for your pool.

No, shock and chlorine are not the same thing, though they are related and both are used for pool maintenance. Regular chlorine, often in the form of tablets, is a sanitizer used for routine, day-to-day maintenance to keep a steady chlorine level. Pool shock, however, is a highly concentrated dose of chlorine used periodically for a more intense cleaning. It rapidly raises chlorine levels to fix issues like cloudy water or algae growth and also eliminates chloramines, which are byproducts of regular chlorination. Because their purposes and concentrations differ, they are not interchangeable, and proper pool care typically requires using both.

Infinity pools do require slightly more maintenance than other pools because you’ll need to constantly monitor the water level. If the water level is out of whack, it won’t correctly flow over the edge, which gives the pool its infinity look.

That said, the rest of the maintenance is largely dependent on the type of material you choose. Concrete needs a little extra care to prevent algae growth, and you will eventually need to resurface it. Fiberglass and vinyl liners are algae-resistant but they’re not as durable.

When you’re winterizing your pool, you need to drain some of the water to prevent cracking and warping from ice. Nonetheless, you should never drain all of the water. Ideally, you’ll lower the water level to anywhere from four to six inches below the skimmer. This will protect the structural integrity of the walls, help prevent your pool liner from warping, and reduce damage from debris.
