The quality of the finished yard is superior, we could not be happier. The only thing that we would probably do different is ask for an intemized accounting of the plants and trees. the only delay during this whole process was the lighting installation and this was mostly out of the hands of Mike. Overall while the cost was expensive we recieved an extremely high quality, professional job from a very responsive and trustworthy tradesman. He not only delivered on his work he also provided useful information on how to care for the plants and yard after the job was completed. Recently relocated to Grayson County. We've been serving Texas and other states for 13 years in building ground up commercial buildings, additions, and renovations. We specialize in structural steel fabrication and erection, custom steel fabrication, gates and entryways. We were designing and building Barndominiums before people knew what they were. We do the job right or not at all. We guarantee our work, and we often takeover failing or abandoned projects and get the project completed. We've built and have tore down and rebuilt many very large churches. We've done a lot of historical renovations and dealt woth the historical regulations, etc. We've done a lot of work at The Grandscape in The Colony Tx. We worked on The Dallas Morning News, The Statler Hotel as well as many other hotels, high end retail and entertainment districts. \n We have worked and a General contractor holding responsibility for a project from conception to planning and development, through completion.

"I called Mr. Soto on Monday morning and he called me back within a few hours.  The only advise I would give to him is to set up his voicemail on his phone.  I wasn't sure if I reached the correct person. We set up an appt. on Wednesday morning. He arrived on time and I then explained what I wanted done. I also mentioned some other issues that I wanted to address in the future(installing of additional lighting) that he discussed with me in detail and provided me a quote. He then left to get the required parts and returned and completed the projects. Mr. Soto takes his time and it is obvious that he takes pride in his workmanship! I will be using him again.

"A construction project had someone disrupted electrical service in a bedroom. I needed someone who could locate the broken line and repair it. Several power outlets and light fixtures were affected. The electrician came with the right tool for the job: A signal generator and tone detector, and the know-how to use them to sense where the broken wire is in the wall. After investigating, the broken wire was located, but due to its placement in the wall, it would be very difficult to reach it and repair or replace it. Fortunately this electrician is both experienced and creative. He noticed that part of the broken circuit passes right by an appliance circuit in my kitchen, used for the garbage disposal. By disconnecting the broken wire and just leaving it dead in the wall, he was able to resplice the unpowered segment onto the kitchen circuit instead. Now the outlets and lights are on a different circuit breaker, but the circuit is rated fine for the purpose, and it shouldn't cause me any future problems. Plus, he was able to perform the splice without even needing to break into any walls, saving me the cost of repairing them. All in all, I'm very impressed!"
