There was unable to install recessed lighting in the home due to a metal plate being built into the ceiling. Instead, provider installed a ceiling fan apparatus. It's not centered in the room, so I will not use it. Not sure that such service was comparative to the cost of the recess lighting. All in all, the guys were professional and timely. They did not,however, repair the holes drilled in the ceiling.

The service went okay. We had to purchase our own light bulbs. Two workers and a supervisor came out and completed the job in about a day. The supervisor only came out to make sure I was happy. The technicians were friendly and honest. They told me why it would take a little longer to get the job done for my home. They were very flexible with scheduling and kept me posted on the job as they were doing it. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

They had 2 guys come and only one doing the work, which they didn’t tell me about. One of the guys was kind of standing around half the time.  I didn’t think they needed 2 guys for the job, but they did everything I asked them to do.

They came as planned and installed the lights.  They look so good that I'm getting them to do the same thing in my craft room.

Henry and James were very nice. I feel like they are smart electricians.
The only problem: my job was his second job and he did not start at my house until late in the evening and not business hours. He would not show up for a week. I paid him half up front and then two additional payments and then final payment. He was dissatisfied even though he was paid the full amount of the agreed contract. He broke my marble island and sink knob by dropping a tool on them and I did not bill him for breaking my. New marble slab.

Henry left my house with the master bath shower light not functioning. He refuses to fix it. He turned a good relationship the wrong way. I am disappointed in his behavior.

They did a good job.

He is very professional. He always lives with what he promises. He’s easy to get through to. He’s an easy person to talk to. He’s willing to listen to your ideas and come out ideas of his own. He’s very accommodating.

This provider responded the same day, which was likely a busy one with it being our first cold snap of the year.  Our furnace stopped working and there were also issues with outside outlets.  The owner, Henry Kelton, came to the house himself and took care of it all.  If this service provider had chosen to take advantage of the customer, he easily could have done so.  It means so much to find an honest business, especially when he could have taken advantage had he wanted to.  We expected something serious since the furnace and some outlets stopped so suddenly and without any thrown breaker switches.  What

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. The workers said they don't like doing these types of deals but the service was good. There were no additional charges.

Abbott responded quickly to visit for an estimate, and returned a few days later to actually do the job. A+ responsiveness, professionalism, friendliness and price.

It went great!  We had some initial hiccups with getting things scheduled (one of their trucks broke down) but they were careful to call me to let me know and then did a great job of getting me worked in to their schedule instead of having to go to the 'back of the line'!
When they got to the house, they quickly walked through the house with me to understand what I wanted, they gave me a verbal estimate for each job and we worked out a priority for everything in case they ran out of time.  Their focus was on what I wanted/needed and they suggested ways to save money.  
I felt they got right to work and worked at a very good pace - always a concern of mine when paying by the hour!  There wasn't a lot of talking with each other or socializing with me - they were focused on their work.  They were careful and did their best to clean up after themselves.
After the work was done, they gave me the final bill and it was less than they had estimated!  I would definitely have these guys back to do additional work (I need some done now!) and would recommend them to others.

Good suggestion to go with the LEDs since they are up high.   Looking for this deal again, as the price was great and I will install similar lighting in other rooms.
