"Initially I was extremely happy with the work efforts and communication from this company. Upon completion, I awaited the final invoice from this company so that I could pay accordingly. The invoice was sent later the same day and during this time I was engaged with moving into my home. I did not see or hear my phone ring. Once I got back to my phone I had multiple missed calls from the owner with multiple voicemails filled with threats of “seeking legal actions due to none payment”. The phone began 5-10 mins after finally sending the invoice which took 2-3 hours. I called the owner back, after I paid the full balance, to correct his thoughts of the unrealistic outcome. Yet, he continued the attempts to justify his actions. There’s no chance of me ever reaching out to this company or Brian Jackson for electrical services at my home again."

"We truly truly appreciate Legacy Electric. Long story short. Texas A/C &Heat came out and basically didn't complete the job. The left wires disconnect and everything. They told us we needed an electrician. So, they contact our home warranty company to let them know. Legacy Electric was contracted to come out. Logan (the lead Technician) with Legacy Electric came out and teseted our electricity and checked our braker box. He said everything was working great. Lucky for us he is a licensed HVAC tech also. He went and checked our unit. Reconnected the wires there and to our thermostat and put the panel back on, waited a total of 5 MINUTES!!! and our unit was working. He is a very very nice person. We even talked about our dogs?. Very professional work. We feel very luck to have had Logan with Legacy Electric come out. SHOUT OUT TO LOGAN!!! THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH.
